We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need for cancellations. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 3% payment processing fee.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus a 3% payment processing fee.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.
