The Space

Bright, comfortable, and easygoing, the main living area gives everyone a place to come together without feeling crowded. A large sectional anchors the room alongside the fireplace and TV, while doors and windows bring in plenty of natural light and connect the space to the backyard.

The kitchen sits just beyond the living room and offers plenty of counter space for cooking together, along with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and the everyday essentials for meals at home. The adjacent dining area keeps everything connected without making the space feel overly formal.

Sleeping Arrangements

The home offers four bedrooms designed to work especially well for families and larger groups. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 each feature a King bed, while Bedroom 4 has two Queen-over-Queen bunk beds with built-in staircases — four Queen beds total in the bunk room.

Bathrooms

The home includes two full bathrooms, including a spacious primary bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. An outdoor shower is also located near the gym and cold plunge area.

Wellness & Gym

The converted garage gives you a dedicated space to keep your routine going — or recover after a long day exploring Sedona. Work out with the provided weights, or roll out one of the yoga mats for a quiet morning flow without needing to leave the home. Afterward, warm up in the infrared sauna, then step outside for the cold plunge and outdoor shower — your own space to move, reset, and recharge.

Outdoor Living

This is the kind of backyard that makes staying home for the afternoon an easy decision. Soak in the hot tub after a morning on the trails, play a few rounds of cornhole, settle into the covered patio for dinner, or gather around the fire pit as the red rocks fade into the evening.

And when you’re ready to explore again, simply lace up your hiking shoes and head out — Sugarloaf Trailhead is about a 10-minute walk from the home, putting one of Sedona’s beautiful red rock trail areas practically at your doorstep!

Guests have access to the entire property except for locked supply closets.

We are not located on site but are available as needed.

This home is located in West Sedona, adjacent to the Sugarloaf Mountain trailhead. Near hiking & biking trails, vortex sites, shopping, restaurants and more! We send you a list of local favorite places to eat, shop as well activities.

A car is highly recommend for traveling in Sedona. Uber/Lyft services are available but limited in our area.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.
