The decorational brick fireplace creates cozy ambiance with electric candles inside, adding warmth and character to the space. Whether you're streaming a movie, playing board games, or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, the living room feels welcoming and connected.

Just beyond, the kitchen and dining area make it easy to cook, connect, and share meals together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, blender, and all the essentials you’ll need for home-cooked dinners or slow Sedona mornings. The spacious dining table comfortably seats eight — perfect for group meals, holiday stays, or planning the next day’s adventure.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

After a full day of hiking or exploring, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms designed for rest and privacy.

The two primary bedrooms each feature a King bed, soft linens, ceiling fans, and Smart TVs — creating quiet, comfortable spaces to unwind with your favorite show before bed. Natural light and calming tones keep the atmosphere relaxed and restful.

The third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it ideal for kids, flexible group sleeping, or a fun shared space for friends. (No TV in this room — perfect for unplugging.)

Two full bathrooms serve the home — one with a walk-in glass shower and modern vanity, and the other with a tub/shower combination that’s especially convenient for families. Fresh towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries are provided for your stay.

Sunroom

One of the home’s most unique features is the enclosed glass sunroom. With its arched ceiling and natural light, it creates a peaceful indoor-outdoor experience year-round. It’s the perfect spot for morning yoga, journaling, reading, or simply enjoying quiet time surrounded by greenery.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.
