Located in West Sedona, you’re walking distance to Basecamp, Layla’s Café, Local Juicery, and Famous Pizza & Beer — while still enjoying privacy, peaceful surroundings, and your own private hot tub under the stars.

Whether you're here for hiking, wellness, or a getaway with friends, this home delivers comfort, location, and the perfect place to unwind all in one package!

Step inside to an open, light-filled living area designed for gathering. Large windows bring in natural light, while comfortable seating invites you to relax after a day on the trails! The decorational brick fireplace creates cozy ambiance with electric candles inside, adding warmth and character to the space. Whether you're streaming a movie, playing board games, or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, the living room feels welcoming and connected.

Just beyond, the kitchen and dining area make it easy to cook, connect, and share meals together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, blender, and all the essentials you’ll need for home-cooked dinners or slow Sedona mornings. The spacious dining table comfortably seats eight — perfect for group meals, holiday stays, or planning the next day’s adventure.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

After a full day of hiking or exploring, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms designed for rest and privacy.

The two primary bedrooms each feature a King bed, soft linens, ceiling fans, and Smart TVs — creating quiet, comfortable spaces to unwind with your favorite show before bed. Natural light and calming tones keep the atmosphere relaxed and restful.

The third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it ideal for kids, flexible group sleeping, or a fun shared space for friends. (No TV in this room — perfect for unplugging.)

Two full bathrooms serve the home — one with a walk-in glass shower and modern vanity, and the other with a tub/shower combination that’s especially convenient for families. Fresh towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries are provided for your stay.

Sunroom

One of the home’s most unique features is the enclosed glass sunroom. With its arched ceiling and natural light, it creates a peaceful indoor-outdoor experience year-round. It’s the perfect spot for morning yoga, journaling, reading, or simply enjoying quiet time surrounded by greenery.

It’s a bonus space you won’t find in most West Sedona homes — and guests tend to gravitate toward it.

Outdoor Living & Game Room

Sedona is meant to be experienced outdoors, and this property makes it easy.

Step outside to multiple patio areas designed for relaxing and gathering. Fire up the BBQ for dinner, enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, or lounge on the sectional with a drink in hand. As the sun sets behind the trees, slip into the private hot tub and soak under the open desert sky — one of the most requested amenities in Sedona and a true highlight after long hiking days.

The natural landscaping and peaceful setting offer privacy while still keeping you close to everything!

For a little friendly competition, head into the garage game space where a full ping pong table awaits. It’s a fun bonus feature that adds entertainment value for families and groups, especially during cooler evenings or relaxed afternoons at home.

Guests have access to the entire home except for the supply closet.

We are not located on the property but are available remotely as needed.

This home is located in West Sedona. Walking distance to Basecamp, Layla’s Café, Local Juicery, and Famous Pizza & Beer!

This area has everything you will need during your stay including grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking, and art galleries.

Car is still recommended to explore the area.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.

This Airbnb in Sedona was absolutely beautiful! We made full use of all the amenities and had such a peaceful and relaxing stay. Truly the best place we've ever stayed! The perfect location. walking distance to the library and restaurants yet tucked in a private little neighborhood. Hot tub was perfect on the cool days.
