Vista Bonita - Swim Spa, Views, Game Room

A quick preface: we are (unapologetically) travel snobs—we seek out the best and are rarely impressed. That said, 45 Bonita in Sedona completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the space and the breathtaking red rock views from the kitchen and master suite. The home is beautifully designed and updated—ideal for a family gathering, reunion, or group getaway—with a layout that feels both spacious and connected. The deck, hot tub, and game room elevate the experience even further. We had a small keypad issue at the front door one night, and Clara answered immediately (around 10PM) and resolved it with ease—gracious and responsive service. My wife, an interior designer with exacting standards, was thoroughly impressed—everything from layout to functionality is thoughtfully executed. All of this, just blocks from groceries, wine, and great restaurants. An exceptional home at an incredible value—truly one of the best we’ve experienced

The home was absolutely wonderful. The home is well curated, clean and has several extra amenities. The game room and swim spa were enjoyed daily. We also enjoyed the location as it walkable to uptown and the neighborhood has access to Adobe Jack trail system. The management team of the property were wonderful in their communications. We will be returning to Sedona and will be renting this home again.

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. He stayed with our three kids. We walked everywhere, and really enjoyed just being in the house and in the hot tub overlooking. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay walking distance to town, but still enjoy the natural beauty of Sedona.

Our family celebrated my husband's big birthday at Clara's place. It was clean, well equipped and quite beautiful !! The beds were extremely comfortable - probably the best beds on any trip to date!! The place was spacious for the 6 of us and the games room was a big bonus. The views, hot tub and sunsets were amazing!! The location felt private and remote, but was easily walkable to dinner or shopping, but remember to bring a couple flash lights as there are no street lights (likely to help with star gazing). Our whole family loved the trip, even though the weather did not cooperate(the only winter storm of the year). Absolutely would recommend this place. We may be back!

Wow! What a way to spend a couple of days! I really needed to get away and rest for a day or two and it was so peaceful. The views were amazing and the bed was supremely comfortable. I enjoyed the bath, the cleanliness of everything and the private space. I will definitely come back!

One of the best airbnb stays I’ve ever experienced! Clara was quick to respond and happy to help with whatever she could and the space not only looks exactly as pictured, but is made better than expected with all the amenities. There are spices, pans, extra towels, yoga mats, parchment paper, and even a lemon zester to name a few! We stayed for a lowkey bachelorette and ended up spending more time than expected enjoying the swim spa, playing games, cooking, and soaking up the view. Highly recommended!!

Our family just finished a fantastic vacation at Vista Bonita. The home, which is a short walk from many shops, was fabulous; spacious, comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Red Rock mountains from multiple vantage points. What a great place! Amazing location- walkable to the downtown area but feels private. Beautiful views to wake up to. The game room makes it extra special for a vacation location with kids, as there’s plenty to do without leaving the house. We even saw some wildlife outside in the yard! What an amazing home! Very large hot tub with the perfect mountain views and stargazing! Nice outdoor patio with the same amazing views! Everything was clean and updated. Downtown is walkable. There is a beautiful primary king bedroom with a large master bath and amazing views, a separate king bedroom and a queen over queen bunk bedroom which share a hallway bath. The game room is a nice perk with a washer and dryer and accessed from the porch. Lots of wildlife roaming around which is fun to see like deer, birds, javelina, etc. You just cannot beat the location and views! 10/10! They also are nice enough to include shampoo/conditioner/body wash/TP/Paper towels/ Dish soap/laundry detergent. So nice not to have to race to the store immediately!

This was our first time staying in Sedona so I wasn’t sure what to expect, this location was perfect. Far enough outside of town that it was quiet but close enough that we could walk down to the shops. We throughly enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing! From this locale you can see the sunset and sunrise on the mountains from the kitchen, porch, and main bedroom. We enjoyed the activity room and the hot tub! The house is impeccable and both the bathrooms are luxurious. The kitchen had all the amenities and a coffee station! Fantastic place. Just an FYI to renters, the game room is accessible through the deck to the right of the master bedroom - it took us a second to figure that out. Also the hot tub takes a little while to heat up so turn it on early if you plan on getting in at night. The place was well stocked with all your kitchen accessories. Kids loved the game room - parents loved the silence of the kids being in the game room! Great location. Wonderful views. 5/5 for sure. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this beautiful home! It was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub worked perfectly, and the playroom was a great bonus — spacious and equipped with ping pong and shuffleboard. Vista Bonita is a wonderful home. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and large covered porch with a fantastic NW view of Capitol Butte. The home was very clean and organized, even inside cabinets and drawers. All the beds are large and comfortable. Ceiling fans and strong A/C kept us cool even on 95+ days. The game room was a highlight with shuffleboard, darts, cornhole, and a bunch of other options (it is a separate space accessible from the back porch or driveway). There's a great view from the swim spa - keep in mind it is in full sun the entire day, but lovely in the evening! Uptown is within walking distance. Wildcraft and Elote are highlights. Pick up some treats at La Michoacana! We loved the wildlife - porch lizards every day, hummingbirds, a trantula up the driveway, and coyotes early one morning. Special shout out to Clara's team. They were always responsive, and the cleaning team should be out there training everyone else - they are truly a stand-out. You won't be disappointed!

We had a fantastic stay at Bonita with our family! (4 adults and 2 teenagers) The home is just as pictured, with beautiful views, great central location, fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, relax and play for the week. We especially enjoyed the yoga/wellness equipment on the porch in the mornings, game nights and watching meteors in the spa each evening. Clara was super responsive and helpful when we needed her. Great home, great host, we highly recommend booking a stay!

Clara has one of the beautiful places in Sedona. We went there with family with 3 kids. The game room made it easy and fun for kids when we decided to stay back due to extreme heat conditions. Great views and spaces. My preteen kids loved the game room for unwinding after hiking. We enjoyed the patio for morning coffee with the hot air balloons and evening grilling once the sun disappeared behind the hills. Great views of the stars at night as well. This was a wonderful place to stay for our trip in Sedona. We’ve been to Sedona many times, but this was our first time in a house rental. I loved that it was walkable to town, but also walkable to a network of hiking trails. Within minutes in either direction of the house you can be at restaurants/shops or feel like you are in complete isolated nature. The house was clean, modern, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies and bathroom necessities. The porch was wonderful for enjoying the serene views and the swim spa was the perfect size for a warm dip in the water. If you aren’t familiar with Sedona, the welcome book had plenty of suggestions to get you started. We didn’t need to contact the host very often but when I had one question she responded right away. Would definitely recommend this home for your vacation!

Thank you! It was a girls trip and it was perfect! Relaxing and fun. Some stand outs was the walkability to uptown Sedona. That was everything with the traffic and lack of parking during the spring break. As a naturalist, the wildlife just outside our door was beautiful. My family had a great stay here! The house was spotless. My teenagers loved the game room and they had some great bonding time with their grandparents playing games. Loved the local recommendation for restaurants- they didn’t disappoint. Kitchen is well equipped with spices and cooking necessities. We had a great time in Sedona and Clara's place was perfect for our family of four (kids 14 and 11). It was walkable to many shops and restaurants but still felt peaceful. The house has great views from everywhere. We used the game room/workout space every day and the kids used the Swim Spa multiple times per day. The house was very clean, which is very rare for any rental. The kitchen and bathrooms were really well stocked. We didn't need to buy oil, spices, coffee which always go to waste when you have to buy on vacation. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. in all bathrooms. We would book again and hope to!

Our stay at Vista Bonita in Sedona was truly exceptional. The elegant, modern design of the property provided a luxurious and comfortable retreat. The immaculate kitchen, fully equipped every cooking & mixology tool you could imagine felt like being at home. One of the highlights was observing javelinas wandering In the distance from the back patio—a unique experience that brought us closer to nature. The rooms were not only gorgeous but also exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The outdoor jacuzzi became our favorite spot, especially during sunset. Soaking in the warm waters while watching the sun dip behind Sedona’s striking red rocks was the highlight of our trip. The property’s location is ideal; the long driveway offers a sense of seclusion, creating a private oasis, yet it’s only a five-minute drive to grocery stores and other necessities. Clara's home was the ideal spot for our Sedona girl's trip! Not only was her home better than we had hoped for, but the location was prime - walking distance from some great restaurants and shops downtown.
