Uptown Vista! Stylish 5BR with Red Rock Views

This house was so special and great location! Clara was super responsive and a lovely host. We spent most of our time out on the dining patio looking at the amazing view. We walked into town a couple times, and had hiking trails nearby. Lovely stay overall!

We stayed in the house for a girls weekend and it was heaven. The outdoor dining space was where we lived throughout the day. The views were unbelievable and really made the entire experience. We cooked and also had a chef come, both great experiences and very easy in the kitchen.

The house is amazing! Only thing to take into account is that the Lower floor does not connect to the top floor through the house, you have to enter through the kitchen door.

Location was everything! Close to town but secluded enough to have peace and quiet to go along with the stunning views. Hot tub was clean and hot! Beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the basic necessities. Would definitely book again in the future

We enjoyed this house with our group of three friends and our familes, including small children. The outdoor patio had a beautiful vista, and the house was within walking distance of downtown Sedona. It's an older home, but well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for prepping and cooking meals for 10 people.The standout service came from the prompt, considerate attention the property host, Clara, showed our party when one of the kids forgot a beloved stuffed animal. Clara's staff located the toy and helped ensure it was on its way back home within a couple days of checkout. We so appreciated this and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her property to anyone looking for a home in dowtown Sedona with need for 3 or more bedrooms. Jennifer

Perfect set up for a multi-generational family getaway. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. A great variety of nearby activities for a variety of interests and ages. The lower level is accessed by going outside on a path but that didn’t present any issues for our group. The views from the deck are spectacular!

This was a lovely home! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals, there were plenty of towels, everything was spotless and the whole place felt very cozy. Highlights were the porch and the hot tub, with a beautiful view of the red rocks during the day and the vast night sky after dark. There were also a lot of birds in the area if you're into birding like our group was! We also enjoyed how close it was to town and to hiking trails - nothing was really more than 15-20 minutes away which was great. Clara was responsive and kind, with clear instructions, and overall a wonderful host. We would stay here again! One thing to note, the downstairs sleeping area is separated from the upstairs - there isn't a staircase connecting the two floors, so plan accordingly! It didn't bother us at all. All in all, a great home in a great area with great host - for a reasonable price!

Clara’s house is amazing and just perfect for our annual family reunion. Plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The views from the house are breathtaking. You can walk to shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. in just a few minutes, or walk the other direction and go for a hike. Clara is super responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to go back next year

Amazing, perfect family stay! Our host Clara was helpful, communicative, and friendly. The house was spotless and exactly as described. The location is AMAZING. A short drive or walk from Uptown Sedona shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from two grocery stores, and 10-20 min drive from amazing hikes. We traveled with our adult and teen children and the house was perfect for us- a stunning view, tons of space, well-equipped kitchen, decks, and a hot tub. We loved Sedona and would happily book this house again if we return!

Great experience at this beautiful home right in the center of Sedona's majestic Red Rocks. We were blown away by the view, and the location was perfect for exploring all that Sedona had to offer. Very comfortable beds, pillows, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub, as well! Note that the house is split and has two entrances – those of us who slept on the bottom level had to go outside to enter the main house with the living space, kitchen, etc. Not a problem for us, but it wasn't clear to me when I booked.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would recommend it. The house is very spacious indoors and works great for large groups. Everything was very clean on arrival, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Clara was extremely responsive and addressed any issues right away — including fixing a bed situation in one of the downstairs rooms promptly. A few things future guests may want to know: although the house is large inside, the outdoor area feels less cozy. The yard is tiered/leveled, so there isn’t much open space for kids to play, and outdoor seating is limited. The terrace table is lovely, but with the cooler temperatures and no heat lamp, we didn’t get to use it much. The kitchen is well equipped but some of the appliances are old, so it doesn’t have a premium look. WiFi was a bit spotty in certain areas. The downstairs rooms are separate from the main house but it’s accurately listed.

Beautiful surroundings and views ,and home was conveniently located. The lower level access was a pain, but was aware of it from other reviews when booking the property. The minimal outdoor lights made it more difficult than expected however. Small details such as towels in poor condition, lack of wastebaskets in bedrooms, squeaky bedframe, scuffed walls/doors, lack of radio/bluetooth speakers could use attention. Lower level back entrance , low chairs, and sloped backyard path to the hot tub make this property not ideal for someone with mobility issues.

The house is beautiful and well located but the showstopper is the unbeatable view of the mogollon rim and the red rocks above uptown sedona. the house has many options for lounging and dining but we found ourselves on the upstairs patio soaking in that view. beds were comfortable and warm. the house is a 10 ish minute walk from uptown shops, restaurants, tourist services and amenities. be mindful that the house is located on a hill - which makes for a great view but requires a decent uphill stretch on the way back to the house if walking from uptown (100% worth it to save money & time trying to park) the host was very responsive and my group would absolutely recommend the host and the house for any larger groups looking to stay right in the heart of sedona.

Stayed with my four adult sons and found the property location great as advertised. Had an internet connection problem with one of the bedroom televisions that was dealt with immediately. Was not sure I understood that the two lower bedrooms required leaving the house proper for access to the those bedrooms. Loved the property!

We loved our stay at Clara’s gorgeous home. We stayed 9 people in the house, 5 on the top floor and 4 on the bottom and all felt comfortable with plenty of room. The location to hiking and restaurants was perfect with just a few minutes drive to great cafes. The house was clean, stocked up with necessities and even more stunning than the pictures. The house was fantastic. Hard to imagine a better view in Sedona. Very close to shops and restaurants in uptown Sedona you could walk, but we drove to free parking. The grill was great and the hot tub too communication and check in were smooth.

We had a great time in Sedona and staying at Clara’s place. Some aspects of the house were definitely a bit dated such as the kitchen and bathrooms, but the rooms all were nice size and felt homey for our group. It snowed when we were there which was beautiful, but it made the walkway to downstairs really slick. The outside lighting was inadequate for helping you see down the path and the fact it was slick from snow made it worse. There are also lots of small sets of stairs throughout the home so I’d be mindful of the mobility needs of your group before booking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and think it was good value for what we payed.

We had a 20-year college friendship celebration trip with friends meeting from all over the us, and the house was the perfect size for the 4 couples. What an amazing property! First the location, only minutes from all the fantastic downtown dining and shopping (don’t miss Mariposa!). Second, the house itself is so adorable, beautifully decorated with phenomenal views throughout. There are plenty of comfortable lounging spaces and lots of dining spots for our large party. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need and lots of towels, blankets and soaps/paper products for the trip. Amazing backyard with a nice size hot tub, again with fantastic views of the red rocks. I had excellent communication with the host all throughout the process. There is literally nothing I would complain about, can’t wait to stay again! Don’t hesitate…Book!

We had an amazing time here. More than enough space for 6 people on a girls trip and the views are even prettier in person. We were able to get an early check in which was very nice and though it took a few tries to get in the door when we got there, Clara was very quick and helpful to make sure we got in. The house was clean and well decorated, and thoughtfully stocked. Would love to stay here again!

Our family had a small reunion here for the holidays and Clara's house was a perfect fit. It was big enough to accommodate our group of 12. The view from the house is amazing. 7 couples truly enjoyed the stay in this beautifully located house. There was enough room for all of us. It was very easy and quick to communicate with Clara. I requested for the sleeper to be set up for the 7th couple and it was done before we arrive. Love that we can just walk down the town in less than half a mile and walk back uphill to the house. Will definitely be back!

We were three families and had a great time! Clara is a great host and super responsive. The house is fully equipped and highly welcoming, with many unique corners where you can enjoy the fantastic view. While feeling the serenity at home, the house is also very close to the city center and many trails. It will definitely be our place to stay whenever we visit Sedona. The only thing to consider is that 3 out of the 5 rooms are on a lower floor, and the access to that floor is from the outside.

Amazing location and gorgeous views! The beds were so comfortable and everything was clean! I took a star away because the downstairs is only accessible by going outside and downstairs and I didn’t notice this in the listing anywhere so it was inconvenient since it was cold at night and hard to navigate going down since there wasn’t too much lighting. But can’t wait to be back!

We loved our stay at Clara's place in Sedona. The views off the back porch and patio were breathtaking. We stayed with 10 women and the house felt spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast with a view and were a 6 minute walk into town or an even quicker drive. The home was decorated so pretty, clean, cozy and beds were comfortable. We had 5 women stay upstairs and 5 downstairs and my only critique is that it was a little difficult for 5 women to share 1 bathroom downstairs (as the entrance was outside). Other than that we loved our stay and would stay again! The friendliest and most accommodating restaurants were the Hudson and Salt Rock. We were at Salt Rock the night they had stargazing with an Astronomer and his homemade telescope and we were all delighted to witness a meteor blaze up the sky. It was incredible!

We did not understand from the description that the only way to access the 3 bedrooms on the lower level is to walk down a paved path along the side of the house. There is no way to go up and downstairs from inside the house.

My daughter and I hosted a women’s retreat at Clara’s home. It was GORGEOUS! The views OUTSTANDING! So much room, pretty bedrooms and the outdoor spaces were lovely. The only thing that was frustrating is the oven. I think the temperature must be off because we tried cooking a roast and potatoes and after 6 hours it still wasn’t done. We would DEFINITELY host another here!!!

Absolutely loved our stay! Our family of 9 including 7 children ages 12-21 flew from Oregon to stay for 8 nights. We LOVED the easy walking access to trails (go down Manzanita to the end), and also the short walk to the adorable town. The hill is quite steep and is a good workout both down & up. The panoramic views are INCREDIBLE and we got all the weather - snow, sleet, thunder/lightning AND 3 blissfully beautiful 70 degree sunny days. I especially loved the brightness of the house and the backyard was perfectly dreamy to sit in the sun & listen to my favorite audible book. We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful home and great location, but did not realize that the three bedrooms downstairs are separate and accessible only by exiting the home and walking outside down to back door. This was a bit inconvenient with 2 young children and rainy weather. But overall the house is wonderful and Clara was very responsive.

Clara was a great host. This was a spectacular house for our family members and friends for a weekend retreat. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, hanging in the backyard and more. The second level for 3 guest bedrooms are a nice addition. You’re about a 10min walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved the balcony views of the red rocks and large backyard. Also the stars at night were a great plus. We even saw some deer passing through. Very peaceful. A few board games were in the closet, plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, and much more. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Clara was extremely helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!
