Trail Haven House | Views, Hot Tub, MTB Friendly

This house was a perfect base camp for adventures in Sedona and beyond. The views from the living room were dreamy, and surrounding hiking trails were amazing. The location was close to town, but the neighborhood was lovely and quiet. A fantastic place!

We loved our stay at The Trail Haven house! It was exactly as described and spotless when we arrived. The set up was perfect for 4 adults and two kids. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the set up of the living room space was perfect to relax in the evening after a day of outdoor adventures. The house is stocked with all the amenities you’d need and the hot tub is perfect for soaking and stargazing once the sun goes down. The house is in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the evening. Also, communication with Clara was extremely easy. I would highly recommend The Trail Haven house and hope to be back sometime soon!

Beautiful and peaceful location. We loved the private patio space, the view and the hot tub. We brought our mountain bikes and found everything we needed to assemble our bikes at the house which was awesome including a truck pad! The house was well equipped for anything you need for you stay. We would book this space again!

My sisters and mom had a great stay at Trail Haven house while in Sedona. The house provided enough space for each of to retreat at night, but a very comfortable common space to talk over coffee (which, we appreciated having kcups and creamer provided). I also liked that we were close enough to downtown without being on the fray. Just perfect!

Beautiful property in a quiet residential neighborhood. Outstanding views. We traveled with two small children. The open floor plan was perfect to work in the kitchen and still be able to keep an eye on the kids. Entire home was comfortable and close to everything, but away from the noise of the road or town. Clean and comfortable with beautiful decor.

This home was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5 (including 3 teens/young adults). Gorgeous views from many windows, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Location was convenient to many activities, hikes and shopping even though it’s not in the center of the main commercial area. Kitchen was stocked with clean quality cooking supplies and bathrooms stocked with nice shower essentials. Our host was friendly, responsive and provided clear communication.

Our 2 night stay in Sedona was perfect in this home. Its location was great, close to Cathedral and Bell Rocks and many wonderful restaurants. The view from the house is spectacular. The hot tub was a hit with my kids. Stargazing in the evening was a highlight. The home was very clean and offered many convenient amenities. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

This house was great. It was clean, and included everything that was needed for the stay. The whole process and stay went very smoothly. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Clara was very responsive and checked in to see if everything was going well. The views from the front window were amazing, and the house is very close to everything that was needed and hiking trails. The back yard was also laid out very well. It was very peaceful and quiet and had great star gazing. I would stay here again on future trips to Sedona.

We enjoyed our time in this rental for a 5-day stay.. The location was great. Less than a half mile from the Chapel of the Holy Cross. House was clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Lots of appliances, and cooking utensils. Plenty of paper towels and kitchen linens. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and extra throw blankets. You won’t go wrong renting this home in Sedona.

Perfect spot for a Sedona Weekend! We appreciated the location of this well-appointed home. We were able to walk to the Cathedral Rock Trail and the Little Horse Trail thus avoiding the crowds. A quiet neighborhood just south of downtown.

We had a great 2 night stay. The house was clean, a great location, and stocked with everything we needed—tp, paper towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, and coffee pods. The kitchen was so well stocked and organized that we were even able to cook a few meals at home. The location was great—close to cathedral and bell rocks and many great trails. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Very well appointed house in a great location! Spectacular views from the house. We were able to hike and bike directly from the property. Enjoyed being away from traffic and crowds. Cooked several meals in the lovely kitchen and were close enough to all the great restaurants and shopping that Sedona has to offer. Great star gazing from the hot tub.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was stocked full of everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The views were great. In the evening, we went on a walk in the neighborhood and saw the Holy Cross church lit up. The hot tub was a nice bonus and we saw many Cardinals and Spotted Towhee birds from the back patio which was a very nice surprise. We enjoyed grilling out and cooking in the kitchen. The home was very clean and we loved that it didn't smell like febreeze and strong scents because we are sensitive to strong smells. This was a perfect home for us and we would love to stay again. Clara was very nice and communicated quickly.

We had such a great time staying in Clara's home. If you like to hike and mountain bike, the location is terrific, with trails that can be accessed from the house. The house itself is cozy and comfortable, easy to settle into. We love to cook some meals at home when we travel so we were delighted that the kitchen was really well stocked with cooking equipment. And if you have any questions, Clara gets back to you immediately. All in all, we had a really great experience.

House was very comfortable and accommodating. It’s cute and has a good local feel to it. Views were nice. Our kids really liked the bedroom with the 2 twin beds. Check-in and check-out were easy. We liked having a garage, and the dustbuster was a nice bonus for vacuuming out our rental car. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. We were able to walk to hike Chapel Rock. Bell Rock is close as well. Traffic can be busy at times, as you get closer to the main traffic circles, but the house is located on a nice, quiet street. We were there the week after a Christmas, so that may have been a factor.

Since it’s white it looks tough to keep super clean for an AirBnB. Other than that very nice place to stay, hot tub is great, perfect location to downtown.

Good location, very spacious and an ideal spot to stay with friends or family. Within walking distance to Cathedral Rock hike which is a bonus as parking is limited. Hot tub was nice but quiet hours from 10pm limited use beyond that time.

Trail Haven House is on the southern edge of Sedona, giving us great access to all that Sedona has to offer, as well as only a 5-6 minute drive to Oak Creek, which also offers some great places to eat. It's in a quiet neighborhood, has plenty of space, a fully stocked kitchen, and privacy if you want to jump in the hot tub after a long of hiking and exploring. Checking in and out was effortless. Great find!

We LOVED our stay at this house! The views from inside the home are absolutely stunning, the space was perfect for our family of 6, and it was fully equipped with everything even soap and shampoo! The owner communicated everything we needed to know. The neighborhood was close to everything we wanted to do while on our stay. And we got to experience some wildlife (we saw some javelinas while driving home one night), and The night sky is so easy to see with how dark the surrounding area is!

Can't say enought about it - very clean, exceptionally well appointed, massively comfortable. And yet, someplace you can feel completely at home. Amazing views all around, and you can pretty-much walk to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Top it all off with a great back patio and hot tub - what's not to like? Unquestionably the best-stocked vacation rental I've ever seen. And finally - Sedona is absolutely a must-visit destination!
