Fabulous stay! The house is spacious and private, and had everything we needed. Everyone was responsive, and we really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and using the hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and we even went to the trailhead nearby. We would come back!!

We loved our stay! The house has a very comfortable layout and great amenities. The hot tub was perfect after long days out. The location made it easy to enjoy Sedona’s nice town and served as a relaxing central base for our day trip to the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend!

Very nice home, with just the right vibe and amenities. Very comfortable and cozy. Having two king beds and 2 master baths was perfect for us as two couples. Lisa and Clara are amazingly proactive and responsive. We’d definitely book again.

Came with my husband, sister toddler and baby and it couldn’t have been better for us, it was set up like a spa and had everything you needed. It was a cute neighborhood to walk with amazing views and so much stuff to do with kids within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here if I come again!

The host was on top of communication and answered all our questions within a few minutes. The house was clean and well laid out. Plenty of linens and extra blankets - which were greatly appreciated since the weekend we were there, the temps never got higher than 5o degrees. Those blankets came in handy! The view leaving the neighborhood is stunningly beautiful.

This house is in a great quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located to lots of trails in West Sedona. The hot tub and pool were very clean and the backyard is very private. The house was very clean and we had a wonderful stay.

We did a girls trip over a few days in Sedona and we LOVED Clara’s place! The house was beautiful and the perfect location for everything we wanted to do! The entire home was very clean and cozy. Although it was a bit too cold to use the pool, we ended one night by taking some time in the hot tub and it was great! Kitchen has all the supplies needed and then some! Overall, the perfect stay and would love to book with Clara again!

The house was perfect for our quick trip to visit with our daughter. It was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated for the holidays which made it feel very welcoming. There was plenty of space for the three of us but it would be comfortable with more. It's in a great location and close to many restaurants and hikes. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great two-night stay! The property was peaceful, quiet, and conveniently close to town - perfect for a quick getaway in Sedona. Everything was clean and comfortable, and check-in was smooth. My family really enjoyed their visit, having their own place to stay. My sister loved the cozy bed off the kitchen. Sunbathing by the pool was lovely. Unfortunately the pool is not heated, so we didn't use it. The spa was lovely under the stars.

We were planning to do a BBQ in the backyard so I asked Clara beforehand if the house has a grill. While she responded that the house does not have a grill, once we arrived we were surprised with a new grill. Thank you for an amazing stay. It is great home in a private location.

This is ideally located, thoughtfully curated and exactly what we needed for our girl's weekend! The house was clean, kitchen well-stocked and the pool was perfect for afternoon lounging. Having access to a washer/dryer was definitely a perk! We would certainly stay again!

Lisa and Clara saved our annual couples trip to Sedona!! We originally booked a VRBO that ended up not being what was communicated to us. I reached out to Lisa and Clara at 8pm explaining the situation, and to see if we could check in asap and they were very accommodating getting me the check in process and door code immediately! The house is absolutely adorable and we all felt so much at home there! The pool and hot tub were squeaky clean and felt amazing after many hours exploring Sedona! Their guest book is amazing and provides lots of local recommendations, and the home is nestled in a quiet, quaint little neighborhood with lots of awesome wildlife! I can’t express our gratitude ENOUGH to these two ladies that quite literally…. SAVED our trip! Thank you so much!! We DEFINITELY recommend staying in this sweet Airbnb! 💗☀️🌵🏜️

We loved this property! It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood but very close to everything. The house itself was very clean and provided everything you needed. I hate when properties are stingy with trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc. This is not one of those homes! We had everything we needed and then some! The pool and hot tub were both exceptionally clean and the water was clear. You could tell everything was very well maintained and the space well taken care of. We are a family of 6 and fit very comfortably in the space. Highly recommend!!

The house was great and the kids loved the pool. It’s right near uptown Sedona which has all the good restaurants (especially Mariposa!) The living room has enough space for the whole family to relax after some hot sun in the desert. Clara was responsive with the questions I had.

this place was amazing. very roomy and clean. outdoor space was beautiful. we blew a fuse one day while there and someone came out pretty quickly to get it working for us. the pool was beautiful but extremely cold so despite the heat, we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd hoped. location was perfect. short walk to main street with restaurants and jeep tour. would recommend.

Nice house and very close to downtown. Clara was very quick to respond when we had questions. As a new listing there are a few things that would make the stay more comfortable including dressers in the bedrooms, lamps plugged into outlets and a welcome book with AC/heat information, etc.

Overall, our stay in Clara's place in Sedona was wonderful. The house is comfortable and well stocked and worked well for our group (family of 4 and a family of 3). The neighborhood is quiet yet close to the main street within walking distance to a few shops and cafe's. The house was as we had hoped with a few exceptions, which Clara resolved quickly after we advised.

We had the best experience staying at Clara's home in Sedona. The home itself is beautiful - the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining space, kitchen, back and front yards, the pool and the hot tub - all perfect. The home is modern with all appliances and amenities you'd ever need, which were all available to us during our stay. It had everything we needed for our home away from home for the week. The home is perfectly located in Sedona in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with such friendly residents and spectacular views. It's right off the main strip with restaurants, Whole Foods, shopping and activities. There were so many perfect hiking trails within 5-10 minutes from the home, which was amazing. Clara was always available and very responsive, answering any questions we had within minutes. Really couldn't ask for anything more. Highly, highly recommend staying at this perfect home!

Clara's home in Sedona was amazing and was the perfect little getaway for me and my family who was visiting from Korea. I felt like we were able to really enjoy the home after a day of sightseeing and exploring -- coming back to relax in a cozy environment and take advantage of the large private backyard. The check-in process was super easy and Clara provided all the information ahead of time and even checked in to make sure I was able to find the home easily and get in and settled. She was proactive and thoughtful in making sure we were safe and had access to a bunch of local options in the area, whether it was food or activities. The house was large enough to accommodate our party of 6 and honestly we still had a lot of room. We enjoyed the board games in the living room and took advantage of the hot tub. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends/family traveling to Sedona and I will also be looking to come back soon!

Wonderful stay in Sedona! The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and in a nice area. Perfectly lit for stargazing. The house was clean, the beds were comfy and blankets everywhere for those cold evenings. Outside area was clean and a great hang out spot. Would pick this place over and over again.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The space was perfect for us and we felt right at home from the moment we got there. Communication was great and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The hot tub was immaculate, and perfect after a long day of hiking. The location of this house is great. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, still close to all the restaurants, grocery, and all the major trails around Sedona. We were the first guests staying in this house and had a great experience. The house was clean, and the kitchen was stocked up. All the linens - towels and bedsheets were clean and fresh. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, which are comfortable. There is an extension bedroom with a queen size bed. The backyard was clean, and the hot tub was ready to go. We used the hot tub every day; it was a nice way to relax after all day of hiking. The pool was also clean and good size; however, the weather was not permitting, so we didn't use it. Clara and Lisa were easy to communicate with and responsive even on Thanksgiving day (when we checked in). Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this house if you are planning your Sedona trip with family or friends.
