Thunder Mtn, Coffee Pot Views, Hot Tub Getaway

Clara’s house was fantastic! It met our family’s needs perfectly. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we need. The views were amazing from every angle of the house! Being close to several trailheads made so many memories for our families. We even got to see the javelins!! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Sedona. Our first visit to Sedona was truly unforgettable, made even more special by this beautiful home set in an incredible location near Thunder Mountain. Waking up to views of Chimney Rock, Coffee Pot Rock, and Capitol Butte is absolutely breathtaking. The house is warm and welcoming, and Clara was exceptionally accommodating throughout our stay. It is also perfectly situated, just a short drive from some of Sedona’s most iconic vortex sites, including the Chapel of the Holy Cross and Lover’s Knoll. For even more stunning scenery, a quick trip to the Sedona Airport rewards you with sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding red rock landscape. Having nearby grocery options like Whole Foods, Bashas, and Safeway made it easy to take full advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, which includes everything you could need, from an air fryer to a Blackstone grill. Although we did not get a chance to use the hot tub this time, it just gives us one more reason to return to this beautiful home.

Great property close to trails, downtown Sedona, and conveniences (grocery store and Starbucks). The home was spotless, modern, and my teen boys loved the pool table and hot tub. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and we enjoyed walking in the lovely neighborhood in between hiking trips. Clara was very responsive and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again!

The house was great. It was clean, well furnished, and had an exactly as pictured. We had plenty of space for our four person group. The house was a ten minute walk to the Thunder Mountain trail. The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful and you got great views of the mountain, which looked great especially at dawn and dusk. The hot tub at night time was a great way to end the nights. And local grocery stores and restaurants were literally minutes away. We had a great time and would stay again!

The perfect Airbnb. Super clean, amazing views, great communication, within just a couple minutes of anything you need (hiking, shopping, food). I’ve stayed in over 20+ Airbnb’s and this has been one of my favorites. My super picky husband raved about how much he loved it, and the next time we come to Sedona we are already planning on staying here again. You can’t go wrong with this Airbnb!

Absolutely stunning house to stay at during our trip to Sedona. It was just my husband and I as we had some family cancel last minute however so happy we decided to still stay at this house. Perfect location convenient to restaurants, hikes, shopping etc. And don’t get me started on the beautiful views from the backyard. Already wanting to plan another trip soon.

This was a great place to stay when visiting Sedona. We could walk to several trailheads to avoid issues with parking. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we made several meals there with no problems. The beds were comfortable and the view from the master was unbeatable. It was a comfortable place to spend the day and recover after a hike- especially with the hot tub. I would definitely recommend staying here. Clara was a responsive host and the place was very well set up with everything we needed

The house although on a corner lot was very quiet with a private fenced yard. I don't think we ever heard cars or other neighbors the entire stay. It is located in a walkable neighborhood to hiking trails and conveniently located near grocery stores and lots of very good restaurants. Clara checked in once we arrived and was very responsive. Directions and access to home were very easy. We played all kinds of yard games that were available and enjoyed the views and hot tub daily. The pool table was a nice addition. Beds and baths were comfortable and the house was very clean and neat. We would definitely love to come back to Sedona and enjoy all this house has to offer!

This place is INCREDIBLE!!! The owner goes above and beyond with so much thoughtfulness and intentionality. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets, place is so clean, the hottub is incredible, Clara is so responsive. We even had complementary bath robes!!! We will be back.

As a person who owns a commercial cleaning business, I really appreciated the simple check out request. I usually stay at resorts/hotels for this very reason. So glad we gave this place a shot. It was gorgeous and I think a simple “load the dishwasher”.. Would stay here again and again, for sure!

The house was specular! The location and views were amazing. Close to many trails and the grocery store is right down the street. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds were comfy. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking. Clara was very responsive. Stunning!!! Driving to Clara’s Airbnb felt majestic — you’re surrounded by incredible red rocks, and by the time you arrive, you’re right in the heart of it. The views are truly unbeatable. Once we checked in, we were so impressed with the house itself. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. The beds were comfortable with high-quality bedding, and there were plenty of towels — even cozy robes. All the little touches did not go unnoticed. The house and outdoor space were perfect for a family with kiddos. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained, and the beautiful backdrop made for some much-needed reflection time. Just a short walk around the corner is the Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, which was wonderful for grounding and exploring. We really enjoyed our stay at Clara’s place. She was super responsive and welcoming. The house had everything we needed, we especially appreciated the robes! During our stay we were lucky to see magical night skies here (including the aurora borealis) and javelinas traveling by the property. Good for kids too with lots of outdoor games provided.

Clara’s place was exactly what we wanted, located in West Sedona and within walking distance to three of the hiking trails. The outdoor space is divided into three areas, thus a little bit for each member of the family. Beautiful views of the rocks from the primary bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Thunder Mountain trailhead, Teacup, and Chimney Loop hike is within half a mile from the house and Amitaba Stupa, a peaceful and meditative place a 15 minute walk. Safeway and Whole Foods are close proximity. I would definitely recommend Clara’s place. She was friendly, responsive and available. Thank you Clara!

We had a great few days in this home. Everything was as described, or better. It was easy to find and get in. I always appreciate when a hot tub is pre-warmed for guests, which this was. It was in walking distance (less than a mile) of several trailheads, so it was nice to not have worry about parking on a busy weekend and just walk from the house. We would love to stay here again.

Wow! What a remarkable first experience in Sedona, Arizona. Clara was exceptional and truly set such a high standard for our future stay in the area . The home was immaculate. The directions were clear and accurate upon arrival . She included a laminated guide with all useful information for the week including VERY BASIC CHECK OUT STEPS ! All of the bedding was extremely comfortable for a restful sleep . The towels were high quality , and we enjoyed the towel house robes after a shower . When we arrived we were a half a mile away from a nice grocery which included a Starbucks , a “Blue McDonalds” for our kids , and a yummy Italian restaurant called Pizza Lisa where we ordered pizza , salad and cannoli’s. They were delicious . Throughout the week we were able to hike and swim all within a 10-15 minute drive. We were minutes from downtown Sedona with shops and delicious food. The views were absolutely breathtaking and we truly just wanted to stay longer at this amazing home ! Thank you

Beautiful house, incredible views. Great neighborhood! Modern renovated pristinely clean house. Spacious. Oh the views!! Quiet neighborhood Can walk to incredible trails. Hot tub is amazing with amazing views. Two bedrooms have desks which were great for remote work. Good strong WiFi Kitchen completely stocked with everything. Keurig coffee maker and stocked with coffee and creamer. Great washer dryer. Use of garage. Have to drive to Uptown Sedona, but I liked this neighborhood and the access to trails. Our family loved staying at this home. Clara went above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had everything that we wanted. The home had everything that we needed extra towels, the coffee station was the best, location was great. We went on hikes, explored towns, went shopping. Beautiful space, amazing views, great hot tub. With a pool table, giant chess set and other games both inside and outside it's an incredible place to unwind and relax. It's in a central location but a very peaceful space, is nicely maintained. The space has beach towels for the hot tub, which was really helpful. Kitchen has great utensils, plates, spoons - everything we needed.

This was an amazing place to stay, especially if you have a family. Lots of games for the kids (we had older kids). They have a pool table, ladderball, backyard chess and ring toss. My kids did not miss their screens! Hikes and sight seeing were a very short drive away. You can choose to eat in or eat out, all amenities are there. Smoothies and waffles were our breakfast staple. We watched the hot air balloons in the early morning hours float above the beautiful red rock backdrop. Grilled on the BBQ one evening. Best place in Sedona to stay for fun and peace.

Our family had an incredible time here. The view of Chimney Rock is as advertised and you’ll even see hot air balloons floating overhead in the morning. The house itself was perfect for a family retreat- classy feel and decor, great backyard with the giant chess, hot tub and Blackstone, functional spaces. It’s easy to walk from the house to multiple trailheads using the sidewalk/path on Sanborn, and there are some walkable cafes and shopping as well. Clara was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to soak up the beauty of Sedona.

Great centrally located spot in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the mesas. A quick drive to hiking both in West Sedona and Hwy 179. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The pool table was great, as was the hot tub. Not only did we enjoy the hot tub one evening, but with it being winter, we enjoyed it a couple times during the days as well- where we could clearly take in the red rocks around us. The beds were comfortable, and one thing we really appreciated (that many AirBNBs miss) were the blackout curtains in the master! There were also many other nice touches throughout, such as robes, separate towels for the hot tub, luggage racks, etc. We didn’t use much in the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked too. We would definitely stay again and recommend this house!

We loved west sedona it was pure magic. Claras place had everything we needed and more. We could have stayed at the place for two weeks. View from master bed was amazing, tub was great after hike, so many games for the kids. Pool table with fireplace was great for evening fun.
