Sugarloaf Views w/ Heated Pool, Spa, Theater

Where to begin! This place is incredible. It's super close to grocery stores and other amenities in West Sedona, while also feeling tucked away and private. The kitchen was amazing and had every amenity we needed. The theater room was incredible, and the sound system with it is just unreal. The views from the home are amazing, and the multiple outdoor terraces really help you soak in your surroundings. Being a stone's throw from Sugarloaf Mountain is such a treat. The backyard is simply gorgeous and the pool is the cherry on top. I can't recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back!!!!

We really did love our time staying here. It was such a beautiful house in a beautiful location, and communication was always very prompt. The reason we gave a 4-star review instead of 5 stars is because our trip was almost canceled four days before arrival. We were told the home had been double-booked and were asked to move to a completely different house in another location that did not have a pool. Since it was my wedding week, that was pretty stressful and scary. However, they worked it out and we were ultimately able to stay, which we appreciated. Also, just as a fair warning, the dryer damaged some of my clothes. Other than that, we truly loved the home and had a wonderful stay.

This house is a true gem. Well equipped kitchen and its direct access to the Sugarloaf trail is amazing…no need to shuttle to a trail head and deal With crowds, just take the path that’s literally outside the master bedroom and you’re up on Sugarloaf mountain with seemingly endless connections to other trails. Worth the cost of the rental for that kind of trail access! The amenities in the house are amazing to- pool is small but relaxing, theater room was adequate for watching March Madness. Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very well appointed and well represented by the photos. The only part we didn’t fully grasp is that the swimming pool is one of those miniature powered lap pools, and that the “forever pool“ function is not actually working so it’s just a very small dipping pool. Other than that, we had a fabulous time!

Really nice, spacious home in ideal location for hiking—there’s a trail entrance right next to the property. Theatre room was great for movies and watching football. Two of the three bedrooms could be considered master bedroom suites—large walk-in closets and connected bathrooms. Nice comfortable beds in all bedrooms. Great spot and would visit again in a heartbeat.

We had a truly great stay. The home was wonderfully comforting and offered plenty of amenities that made us feel right at ease. Cleanliness was absolutely on par, and we genuinely had nothing to complain about. The host was fantastic—very straightforward and easy to communicate with. Plus, the lovely trail behind the house, leading toward the Sugar Loaf mountains, made for beautiful scenic hikes. Overall, it was a great experience, and I hope everyone gets to have such a beautiful stay like this. It’s well deserved.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this spacious and peaceful home. The location is private and offers a quiet experience in a nice neighborhood near the main restaurants, stores and other attractions in town. The home was very clean with numerous amenities and convenient features such as a large driveway, garage, outdoor area with seating and a grill, pool and hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also accommodating as there are both walk-in showers and bath tubs available. We also appreciated the large, comfortable beds and big closets. Finally, the proximity to multiple walking / hiking trails with amazing views made this home perfect for an active trip. The hosts were also friendly, helpful and responsive and the home was set up with guests in mind. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to explore the Sedona area and it's many well-known sites and scenes.

Gorgeously decorated and in great shape home located right in the heart of Sedona close to restaurants, hiking trails and Whole Foods. Instructions for the home were clear and easy to follow. Hosts were responsive to questions and needs. Appreciated the extra towels and lots of kitchen items since we cooked in most meals. Also liked the layout of the house where each bedroom has not only it's own bathroom but the floor plan gives each room ample privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Had an absolutely amazing time at this property. I stayed here with 4 other girls for a fun girls trip reunion. Our trips goal was relaxing and reconnecting- this was a perfect place for that. House was spotless and well organized. Beds were comfortable and there was lots of space to hang out. We loved the backyard pool space for swimming, reading, and star gazing. The property was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away in Sedona!!

This property is a 10/10!! The house and property are beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and beautiful scenery of the Red Rocks right in the back yard!! We even saw some javelina’s our last night! They were walking around the neighborhood and were excited to watch them! If I had to pick one thing that could be better it would be the seating in the theater room. A bit uncomfortable to relax and watch a movie, otherwise this property is perfect! We will definitely be back!!!!

The home was incredible and exceeded what I expected. The neighborhood was quiet, the backyard was amazing and the communication with the owner was exceptional! The owner provided so many basic amenities, that my family & I only needed a short trip to the store for food items! The beds were so outstanding that I looked to check what type of mattress toppers and pillows were used and ordered them for my own home before I left! Right outside we could hike to Sugar Loaf trail and get to the very top! Home is very close to everything! I would without a doubt rent this property again!

Our family spent four nights in this lovely house and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is at the best location, which is close to several famous trails, outstanding restaurants, and convenient stores. The house itself is very clean and well designed. We especially enjoyed the theater room upstairs and the swimming pool so much that we were happy just to spend the rest of the day at the house after our hiking in the morning. The hosts are always quick to respond whenever we have questions and they provide many useful information for the house as well as for the sightseeing. Overall, it was a terrific experience for us and we’d definitely like to come back again.

Clara's place was even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures showed. Epic location with a trail entrance right next to the house and grocery stores and restaurants a short drive (or long walk) away. The kitchen even had everything we needed to cook a few meals too. It was a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful, well kept property in a neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. What makes it truly stand out is that your backyard view isn't a neighbor's house, but instead Sugarloaf Mountain. You can literally walk out of the house, hop on the Sugar Loaf Loop trail, and be hiking in the Red Rock (with great views of Coffee Pot Rock and Thunder Mtn very close by as well). The house is very spacious and clean, and the pool and hot tub were great to have as well. We loved our time staying here exploring Sedona, and would definitely recommend it!

Clara and her home were both outstanding! My partner and I decided last-minute to travel up to Sedona and Clara accommodated us within a few hours. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. quiet neighborhood with trailheads right there. Uptown is a 10-15min drive. 2 supermarkets within 5 min drive. all major Sedona attractions within 20min drive. watching sunset and stars from balcony was great way to end the day. Spacious. Had javelinas and coyotes pass through the yard. The hosts were verybresponsive and procide a plethora of local information. I highly recommend this house for a Sedona trip.

Our annual brother and sister reunion was made all the more special because of this fabulous home. There is so much to do in Sedona, but we found ourselves leaving the cars parked most of the time. We hiked the mountainside right next door and lounged poolside. Overall, it was an unexpected delight just enjoying this wonderful location.

This is a wonderful house. Its red rock location is quiet and stunningly beautiful, and the house is immaculate, superbly equipped and a joy to live in. It became our family home from home for a week and we were sad to leave. We particularly enjoyed the hammock, pool, kitchen and home cinema room and just sitting in the lovely shady spot in the garden. Our hosts were helpful, proactive and very responsive. Instructions were clear and comprehensive and access was simple. Sedona is a wonderful place and this house is Sedona personified. We will be back.

Have to say this was such an amazing trip for us!! From the house, pool, hottub to spectacular views for the multiple decks and balconies - simply ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excited that the trails were accessible without even needing to drive. Grocery stores and shops all super close and easy to get to. The place was just perfect inside and out! Very nice house. Clean and great location. The backyard was very private and it had a great view. The pool was smaller then I expected but we didn't go to Sedona to hang out in the pool all day either. Although, it was nice to cool off in the pool after a day of hiking. The master bed room had a memory foam topper on the bed which made it very comfortable.

This is a top notch location. Everyone who stays here MUST do the sugarloaf trail which starts on the side of the house - literally. Spectacular views. Host is very responsive. Check-in and check-out is seamless. I have zero complaints. Great stay!

We loved this property! Hiking trails right out the front door. The pool and hot tub areas were amazing, lots of outdoor space with seating and shade. The interior of the home looked like something out of a home decor magazine and was very comfortable. We will definitely book this property again the next time we’re in Sedona!

Love love loved this place!!! Even better than I expected it to be! The house is huge, especially the primary bedroom. The balconies off the 2nd floor had amazing views, especially the one off the front of the house. And it’s so private! Cannot see the other houses or anyone see you from literally any part of the backyard, the pool, hot tub, or balconies. And it was a close drive to everything. Extra bonus for the hiking trails adjacent to the property! I wish I’d booked it for a longer stay, but I will definitely book this place again next time I’m in Sedona

This was a wonderful place for my family to experience Sedona. Having a trail right next to the property made it easy to begin enjoying the area. The house has many rooms and zones that gave us plenty to do and privacy when we wanted it. The host was also very responsive and I really appreciated her local suggestions for places to eat and where to go. I would highly recommend!

Sedona was incredible and the views from the house were the best! The space was the perfect size for our group to spread out and to gather. The yard and pool were loved by our kids, as well as the hiking trail next door. The location wasn’t far from downtown Sedona but just far enough away and tucked back from the main road to feel private and secluded. If you’re looking for a place in Sedona that has it all, look no further! Sara provided a lengthy list of favorite restaurants, hikes, and activities that helped us plan before we arrived. She was also quick to respond if we had questions.

This home was amazing! Beautifully set up. Enough room/space for all. The pool and hot tub were a bonus after hiking and mountain biking. Morning coffee on the upstairs deck. Evening drinks on the upstairs deck. Totally perfect. Home was close to trails, town, and restaurants. Perfect spot. Great recommendations for favorite restaurants and favorite hikes from Sara. Enjoyed Sedona Basecamp and would totally recommend going. Great beer, great vibe and great views. Great massages at NAMTI Spa- which were awesome. We had a beautiful time. It was a girls weekend for my friends bachelorette weekend. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Just six minutes or so outside of town. Price was comparable to local hotels. It was appreciated for the recommendations given by the host.

Amazing property! Access to great trails right outside the door. The provided amenities and products were much more than I expected (soap, olive oil, spices, full supply of paper products). You can show up with your clothes and food- everything else is there. Gerardo’s pizza and pasta were so good. If we had gone there earlier in the week, we would’ve gone back. We struggled to figure out the thermostat is the white alarm boxes. Thankfully Sara is super responsive and we got it figured out.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. Perfect for a family with three couples. Everyone had a great space to themselves and terrific spaces to hang out. The yard with pool hot tub fire pit and grill is terrific. It is beautifully landscaped and so scenic. The location right next to a trailhead was great. We were able to go on great hikes and avoid the trail head parking issues. Would highly recommend this place for a great Sedona vacation.

5 adult women stayed for a long weekend. We had plenty of space for all of us, with each room having a bathroom. Layout was great for cooking and hanging out. We utilized the outdoor spaces a lot- a hot tub under the starry sky after a full day of hiking was on the list of favorites. We enjoyed watching sunrise with coffee on the porches, and the location next to trailheads was the perfect place for us to get some easy parking and exploring done.

A perfect home base for our hiking trip and out of the fray of downtown Sedona. Gorgeous / spacious common areas, kitchen (very well stocked) and outdoors area. Loved that all the bedrooms and their own en-suite. Hot tub was amazing post hiking / other activities.
