We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful view, which made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of stores and shops nearby, making it easy to grab anything we needed. On top of that, the owner was very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Clara’s home was perfect for our small group girl’s weekend! There is tons of room and lots of amenities in this home. We enjoyed the pool, sitting on the front patio in the morning, deck in the afternoon, and enjoying supper on the basement patio in the evening. This is in such a quiet neighborhood and I got some of the best sleep I’ve ever had in a place away from home! Would totally book again and highly recommend, especially if you have a large group or family. Thank you Clara!

We had everything we needed and more. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and we enjoyed all of the amenities the property offers. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, however the water seemed a little low. We had fun playing pool, but some of the pool sticks were missing the tips. It was easy to communicate with host and she was very responsive and friendly. Overall beautiful home, great location that was close enough to everywhere we wanted to visit.

My siblings and I stayed in Clara‘s house for a sibling reunion the first week of January. The house was spotlessly clean, conveniently located, and had everything we needed. The sauna was well used, as well as the hot tub. My brother’s kids loved the pool table and the video game console. We went up to Sedona and had a wonderful time. We cooked in the kitchen and found it had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was super spacious and spotless. Location was a dream , easy access to all the popular hiking spots . The neighborhood was quiet and chill 😌, and all the amenities were great. Only thing was the bunk beds felt a bit delicate , but no biggie. Rooms were huge and clean, felt a bit pricey but we'd still come back for a big group . Would recommend!

Property fit the VRBO description well! Kids and adults definitely enjoyed playing ping pong, using the pool table and the swim spa/hot tub. Adults enjoyed the sauna as well. Spacious upstairs and downstairs. Within 2 hrs of airport. Situated in quaint Cottonwood and 20 minutes from Sedona. Close to many different hiking trails. Beds very comfortable. Upstairs and downstairs kitchens worked great for our Thanksgiving Day feast. Clara and Maddie from Sedona Premier were accessible and helpful.

What a great property and an exceptional Host! The house and its floor plan was perfect for our group, plenty of room and entertainment for everyone! The location is fantastic, just minutes from anywhere you want to go. The views are outstanding for sipping coffee gazing at a beautiful sunrise or to a good glass of wine and a breathtaking sunset. Our family loved this house! It is a great size for a large family like ours and would also be great for 2 families to share. Cottonwood is an ideal location, we loved old Cottonwood and Sedona and Jerome were easy drives. Check in and check out were both very easy and Clara was always easy to reach if we had questions. This house was fantastic for us. We were 2 families visiting sister in cottonwood. The house has an upstairs and downstairs that are like 2 houses- each floor has kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms. Very convenient for a multi person stay. The cold tub was lovely after a hot day. We were entertained playing ping pong for hours. It’s a couple miles into town but the quiet and the views were what we wanted to spend time visiting. Totally recommend this place!

This house had plenty of space for our group of 6 ladies. Clara had all the amenities for us, including laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, an extra roll of paper towels and plenty of toilet paper. The hot tub was warm and ready to go, and she had plenty of extra swim towels. Its always the small things in my mind that stand out. :) We used all the available amenities, including making breakfast every morning -- she had all the pots, pans, even oil spaces. Definitely gets a 100 in our book and would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you Clara!

A home away from home for our family vacation, this house was perfect for our family of 9. Having an active family with all adult kids, we wanted to visit breathtaking Sedona for an adventure trip. After extensive Airbnb searches, we finally found Clara's, which is situated in Cottonwood about 20-30 minutes from trail heads galore in Sedona, as well as across town from Old Cottonwood and Jerome. We were also very happy with the proximity to the Grand Canyon (about 2 - 2.5 hrs. away from the South Rim)...where we spent an entire day. Clara's house is beautiful; exactly as pictured and described. While the house is large and spacious it feels cozy and welcoming. The back deck features great views both day and night (stargazing). She did a great job remodeling the home to make it the perfect headquarters for a Southwest paradise family trip. After long days of hiking and climbing, we ended our evenings at home with nice meals, family games, and comfortable sleep. We miss it already!

House was beautiful, immaculate and had an AMAZING view. From the back upper deck off the living room and master bedroom, we could see the sunrise over the mountains. The rooms were clutter free and smartly decorated. We had 7 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone for our Thanksgiving celebration. Bonus for Thanksgiving meal prep was the kitchen area up and downstairs. The heated pool and hot tub were a pleasant way to relax and stay warm during the cool nights. Ping pong and pool table for games gave the kids (and adults) entertainment. The host was super friendly and reached out to make sure everything was as it should be. It was the perfect accommodations for a large group. I would 100% stay here again.

This place completely exceeded our expectations. There is a beautiful view of the Sedona red rocks from the back deck. The linens are all high quality. The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you need (warning: no measuring cups). And most importantly (for some of us) a nice keurig coffee maker. Would def stay here again. 10/10.

Great stay & so happy we chose this place. We were a big group of 11 & there was plenty of room for all of us. Great layout of the place. Having 3 bathrooms was great. 30 min drive into Sedona but for us that was worth the price difference. Saved a lot of $ with this choice. The neighborhood is fine but the city itself offers good restaurants & food options too. Walmart nearby for groceries etc. Would definitely recommend

Our family of 7 absolutely loved this space! We each got our own bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen upstairs was great for making plenty of at-home meals, and the pool table and ping pong table was our families favorite. The house gave each of us our own comfortable space and was a perfect distance to do many things in Sedona and surrounding areas. The only thing that gave us trouble was the pool/hot tub, but I think that was just user error. Other than that, we would definitely book here again. Thank you Clara!

The house was very spacious and has great views of the surrounding area. Everything in the house looks new. The main living/dining and kitchen area was the perfect "hang out" space for us. The pool table was also a plus. Clara was a great host during our stay, friendly and responsive. Definitely would recommend if you are interested in the Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona area. We thought that the Grand Canyon South Rim was also reasonably accessible by car (within a 2.5 drive time.)

We enjoyed our stay. The views were fantastic to wake up to and the deck was a perfect place to drink coffee and soak it all in. We also were able to take advantage of the pool table downstairs at night when our hiking trips ended. The large kitchen table made it not only easy to eat with a large group but a great place to play card games as well. This place is great for big groups as there is plenty of space and two levels to give the adults and kids their own experiences.
