The home is located within the exclusive, members-only Seven Canyons Golf Club. Once inside the resort community, all amenities are just a short walk or quick golf cart ride away.

To explore the greater Sedona area, a car is recommended, as Uber and Lyft services are limited. The property is conveniently close to several scenic hiking trails and only about 10 minutes from shops, restaurants, and other essentials in town.

This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming apps on Smart TV's. Cable service is not provided.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1000 for deodorization.

Clara’s townhouse at Seven Canyons — 5 stars, no notes. If Sedona ever needed a brochure, this place is it. Beautiful townhouse in Seven Canyons CC, tucked into that gated red-rock world where the views do most of the talking and you just sit there pretending you’re not taking the same photo 47 times. The views are the kind that make you put the coffee down and actually look. Fairway, canyon, and those famous rocks changing color like they’re showing off. We kept saying “just five more minutes on the patio” and then an hour later we were still there. Amenities were the real bonus: club access, pool, fitness, the whole resort feel without living in a hotel. You get the quiet of a private home and the perks of the club. Unfair, honestly. Clara was a great host — clear, easy, and the place was spotless and well thought out. Felt like staying somewhere someone actually cares about, not a generic rental with a cactus pillow and a hope. We’ll be back. Already working on a very thin excuse. H

Seven canyons and this property exceeded our expectations. The location and space made our trip so memorable and the proximity to so many hiking trails was amazing. The pool at the club house was excellent and we enjoyed it almost every day. Clara was an excellent host and proactively provided all the information we needed before ever needed to ask for it. She was attentive and ensured our stay was exceptional. We definitely plan to come back in the very near future!

House sits in a very beautiful quiet area surrounded by gorgeous views. If you’re looking to escape the city and just take in beauty of nature at your doorstep, start booking here. The house is very spacious if you’re looking to bring the whole family. The staff that take care of the community around the house are very friendly and accommodating. I would love to visit again when I’m back in Sedona.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Sedona. Feels secluded and private and yet is a close drive in to town. House is very well appointed. Comfortable beds. My only suggestion is that if you like to sleep in past 6 am is bring an eye mask as the shades aren't darkening. Very easy communication with the host. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing AirBnb in a fantastic location! The views from the home.......WOW! Home is modern, clean and very well appointed! Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are spotless. Furniture is comfortable and modern. The gated community is amazing with fantastic amenities. We had a great time golfing at Seven Canyons.....one of the best and most scenic courses we have been on! Staff is friendly and helpful! Clara is an outstanding host! She is very responsive and gives great recommendations! She goes out of her way to ensure you have an amazing stay! Highly recommended! Look forward to staying here again!

I’ve rented one of these units before. This unit had the best view. The owners and property manager were kind enough to let me adjust my stay dates due to a family member medical issue. A couple of things worth noting…the microwave was broken with a paper taped to the microwave describing a work around to get it to work that didn’t work. The sofa in living room was propped up in the middle with wood blocks underneath because it’d breaking down. This made it very uncomfortable. Only one bath towel was provided per guest for our six day stay. I had to request my towels before property manager brought more over. I would recommend you check to confirm the microwave has been replaced, ask about sofa and if it’s been replaced and ask for enough towels for your stay. Lastly, the entry rug (though vacuumed) was filthy and needs to be replaced. Living room rug also looks wore out. This unit is relatively cheap this time of year. However, in peak times at 1000 a night, I would pass on this one given items I’ve mentioned above.

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The photos don’t do it justice, the place is a lot bigger than it looks. Beautifully laid out, immaculate, and fully kitted out with everything you need. Beautiful surroundings and everyone in the area was extremely nice and helpful. Amazing pool and only a short drive from all the trails. Would love to stay again

We had the most amazing stay. The stunning red rock and golf course views are even better in person! The home is tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Our kids loved it so much they asked to buy a house exactly like it! The community pool and clubhouse were also excellent. We will definitely be back!

My group really doesn’t have enough great things to say about our stay at Clara’s property or the service we received. We chose the property in the hopes of a stress-free & comfortable stay with family and definitely got what we paid for. Everyone felt at home almost immediately upon arrival. Outstanding communication, beautiful amenities and of course, Sedona scenery in all directions. Really good value in my opinion as well. Clara & team have set the bar extremely high for all future AirBnB experiences!

The pool at the club house was excellent and we enjoyed it almost every day. Clara was an excellent host and proactively provided all the information we needed before ever needed to ask for it. She was attentive and ensured our stay was exceptional. We definitely plan to come back in the very near future!

We love staying at Clara’s place near Sedona. The resort was quiet and relaxing. We loved people watching as players golfed the hole behind the home. We would definitely stay here again.

House sits in a very beautiful quiet area surrounded by gorgeous views. If you’re looking to escape the city and just take in beauty of nature at your doorstep, start booking here. The house is very spacious if you’re looking to bring the whole family. The staff that take care of the community around the house are very friendly and accommodating. I would love to visit again when I’m back in Sedona.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Sedona. Feels secluded and private and yet is a close drive in to town. House is very well appointed. Comfortable beds. My only suggestion is that if you like to sleep in past 6 am is bring an eye mask as the shades aren't darkening. Very easy communication with the host. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing AirBnb in a fantastic location! The views from the home.......WOW! Home is modern, clean and very well appointed! Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are spotless. Furniture is comfortable and modern. The gated community is amazing with fantastic amenities. We had a great time golfing at Seven Canyons.....one of the best and most scenic courses we have been on! Staff is friendly and helpful! Clara is an outstanding host! She is very responsive and gives great recommendations! She goes out of her way to ensure you have an amazing stay! Highly recommended! Look forward to staying here again!

I’ve rented one of these units before. This unit had the best view. The owners and property manager were kind enough to let me adjust my stay dates due to a family member medical issue. A couple of things worth noting…the microwave was broken with a paper taped to the microwave describing a work around to get it to work that didn’t work. The sofa in living room was propped up in the middle with wood blocks underneath because it’d breaking down. This made it very uncomfortable. Only one bath towel was provided per guest for our six day stay. I had to request my towels before property manager brought more over. I would recommend you check to confirm the microwave has been replaced, ask about sofa and if it’s been replaced and ask for enough towels for your stay. Lastly, the entry rug (though vacuumed) was filthy and needs to be replaced. Living room rug also looks wore out. This unit is relatively cheap this time of year. However, in peak times at 1000 a night, I would pass on this one given items I’ve mentioned above.

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The photos don’t do it justice, the place is a lot bigger than it looks. Beautifully laid out, immaculate, and fully kitted out with everything you need. Beautiful surroundings and everyone in the area was extremely nice and helpful. Amazing pool and only a short drive from all the trails. Would love to stay again

We had the most amazing stay. The stunning red rock and golf course views are even better in person! The home is tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Our kids loved it so much they asked to buy a house exactly like it! The community pool and clubhouse were also excellent. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great time! Clara saved us from a last minute Airbnb host cancellation and we were able to check in quickly! The house was wonderful and the pool access was a nice break from the heat.

My group really doesn’t have enough great things to say about our stay at Clara’s property or the service we received. We chose the property in the hopes of a stress-free & comfortable stay with family and definitely got what we paid for. Everyone felt at home almost immediately upon arrival. Outstanding communication, beautiful amenities and of course, Sedona scenery in all directions. Really good value in my opinion as well. Clara & team have set the bar extremely high for all future AirBnB experiences!

We had a great stay. The house has everything one could ask for, with big rooms, a beautiful kitchen, and above all - beautiful surroundings. Would definitely book it again next time we're in Sedona!
