This home is located at the edge of a quiet neighborhood in the Village of Oak Creek. This is the newer area of Sedona with many highly rated restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutique stores, golf resorts, yoga studios, and more. Additionally, we are a short drive to the most well known hikes in Sedona, including Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, and Cathedral Rock. You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist attractions.

A car is required for commuting in Sedona. The property has a steep driveway up a hill. There is space to park up to 4 cars at the top of the driveway. Do not attempt to park more than 4 cars at the top of the driveway, there is not enough space to turn around.

This property is located on top of a steep hill with many steep drops. Children and infants must be attended at all times when on the exterior of the property.

The parking area is located at the top of the driveway. There is space to park up to 4 cars max at the top of the driveway. Do not attempt to drive more than 4 cars to the top of the driveway. There is additional parking available at the bottom of the driveway and an exterior staircase that leads to the house.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
