Clara's 30 Piko Dive house was the perfect place for our friends and family to gather for a week! it was large enough for 8 of us to enjoy comfortable beds, well appointed bathrooms, a beautifully large, fully equipped kitchen and lots of seating for dining, games and relaxation inside and outside. Clara is a very accommodating host.... prompt communication, helpful suggestions, and thoughtfully considerate. We had a blast and can't wait to book the place again. Thanks again, Clara!

This house is great. We enjoyed it with a group that of 9 and never felt crowded. So comfy! This is not anyway a reflection on the property itself, but more so a problematic neighborhood — but we did get the cops called on us while we were there. There are notices all over the house that the noise ordinances go into effect at 10pm. Either a neighbor contacted the owner, or called the cops and they contacted the owner. Clara was great, and understanding. We were listening to a speaker outside and enjoying the outdoor space with the group much earlier than the ordinance was in place. We corrected it and eventually moved the whole thing inside to keep things copacetic. Then around 9:45 we were in the kitchen and the cops let themselves into the house even though, at that point you couldn’t even hear any music outside. That was a little off putting, but we were able to enjoy the second night with no issues.

We had a wonderful time staying at 30 Piki Dr! The house comfortably fit all 8 of us, the amenities were just as described, and it was spotless. The location was private, yet close enough to town to enjoy all the activities to do in Sedona. Clara was very proactive, responsive & friendly.

Clara's place was really wonderful. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent for all of our Sedona adventures! We enjoyed eating our meals at the large kitchen island, lounging in the living room, and sleeping in the comfortable beds. The backyard was great for our two pups we had with us and we enjoyed the hot tub and great view of the stars. We would definitely stay with Clara again!

Thank you to Clara for opening up her beautiful home to my family to celebrate my father’s 50th Birthday! The house was amazing, spacious kitchen with more than enough room for my family and the scenery outside was breathtaking. When you start to walk around the home you can see Clara is great at what she does! All the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and the outside jacuzzi and seating area are perfect for making memories! We loved staying in Sedona. House worked great for two families. House was stocked nicely with essentials. Kids enjoyed hot tub & we all enjoyed bonfires together. Location close to hikes, dining/town. Mountain View’s were only visible from upstairs bedrooms and that was clearly communicated by the host. Would come back to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Sedona home. The space is stylish, open, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for a large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather comfortably, and the beds were especially comfortable—everyone slept well. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, which made our time there easy and relaxing.The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative throughout our stay. We did experience an issue with the water softener, but someone was sent out quickly to address it, and we were kept updated every step of the way. We truly appreciated the responsiveness and care.Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and we would gladly return when visiting Sedona again.

The home was perfect for our girls weekend! The property is very nice! One snag we ran into was the entire neighborhood was blocked off and we weren’t able to get out because of a race. Nobody notified us of this and we have no idea. Luckily we left with enough time, but we had to walk to our activity which was unexpected. I wish there was a notification of the road closure.

We had an absolutely wonderful getaway at this home. The host truly thought of everything and made the entire experience seamless—from clear, easy check-in instructions to a smooth and stress-free check-out process. Communication was thoughtful and timely, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The layout was perfect for our group of eight women, especially the bathroom-to-bedroom ratio, which made getting ready easy and comfortable for everyone. The home was very well maintained, and the amenities provided added so much to our weekend and made it feel both relaxing and special. We were here to explore the biking and climbing opportunities in Sedona. I really enjoyed being able to just ride to some of the local trails. This was a great house with an open layout, and a spacious kitchen and common place for us to gather. Beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were very clean.

Piki Place was better than the pictures if that’s even possible. The house was so well put together and perfect for our group of 8 celebrating a bachelorette and birthday. The bathrooms were so pretty and had great lighting and bidets on every toilet! Each room had their own ceiling fans and heat/AC. The kitchen was gorgeous and very well equipped. We spent time eating dinner on the patio and sitting around the fire pit. The lighting, the views, all the Sonos speakers through the house-it was all perfect for our large group (didn’t feel cramped at all). The laundry came in very handy especially bc there were so many great sunrise trails, healing vortexes and other hikes nearby. We even got lucky with early check-in and the check out process was really easy. Clara recommended private chef Jordan Rhodes and the experience did not disappoint! It was a bummer the hot tub wasn’t working but Clara was super communicative and tried her best to get it fixed, which we appreciated.

The location was close to everything we wanted to do in Sedona but far enough away to avoid all the traffic. The property itself was perfect for our extended family with rooms and sleeping options for everyone. There were entertainment options to spare, tv, hot tub, fire pit, ping pong and more. Everything was marked and easy to find. The host was great with communication and when we needed spare propane for the BBQ was quick to act and had a new supply over in minutes. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing a Sedona getaway.

The home was beautiful. Easy to get in although the pad was difficult sometimes. We didn’t know one of the bedrooms was connected to the bunk room with no other way in and out other than through the bedroom so that was inconvenient since it was mixture of fam& friends. Kitchen pantry cabinets need cleaning but other than that the kitchen was amazing, my dream kitchen. Communication was slow. I had asked for early check in when I booked the reservation and we had day plans for a bach party and wanted to get up there early to decorate. She said most likely but to check in closer to the time, which I did- it took 24-72 hours for each reply and each reply was her saying she think it will be fine and all should be good she was just waiting for confirmation from cleaners so we had set up our whole itinerary as we were led to believe all would be good for her to message me the day before saying we could only check in 2 hours early, very disappointing and we had to miss our jeep tour.Bummer!

This house is definitely what you need for time of relaxing and enjoy the beautiful mountains of Sedona, everything is close and theirs a lot of activities around. Clara the host is definitely super kind and she was always asking if we need something. What surprise me is that they have this house equipped and they spend on good cleaning and washing products! The house was super clean seems like nobody sleeped in those beds before! I make the reservation the same day of the arrival and Clara make it work for us in a short period of time! Definitely coming back

Clara's place was very nice and aligned with the description in the pictures. The home was clean and inviting, and the comfortable bunk bed room was a perfect fit for the kids. The beds in the other rooms were very firm. The location was convenient, with several restaurants nearby and a sunset park just a 10-minute drive away, ideal for families. During our stay, we noticed the landscapers and hot tub maintenance staff on-site, ensuring the property was well-maintained. Overall, our experience was enjoyable.

Celebrating my 30th birthday with all of my favorite people was made even better with a great stay at Clara’s place. It was clean, spacious, and located perfectly to access nearby restaurants and activities. The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful with incredible views. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 10 people. However, the kitchen lacked sufficient cookware to prepare meals for a group that size. During our stay, the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold enough, but Clara was very responsive and addressed our concerns quickly. Overall, the Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and just as pictured.

We loved our stay at 30 Piki! House is spacious, clean and well stocked. Clara was responsive and quick to help out. We couldn't get the Keurig to work and when I asked Clara if there are any instructions we might be missing she was quick to reply with a few suggestions. When that didn't work she had a brand new coffee maker dropped off at the house within hours. I was very impressed and felt taken care of. We loved the ice maker, a nice feature to make you feel at home especially during the warm June weather. The kids enjoyed the ping-pong table and the outdoor swing seats. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Loved the big island and seating. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Clara’s place was beautiful and spotless. It was easy to access and in a central location. The kitchen was beautiful but seemed poorly stocked with necessary items to prepare meals. We were surprised to find the bunk room and bathroom connected to one of the bedrooms with an awkward step in between - perhaps I overlooked that in the listing. It worked fine for our group. Clara was a great communicator and seemed to be constantly available for any possible needs. Overall, we would definitely choose this location again and would recommend to others.

Pretty nice place, but over priced in my opinion. If you’re not planning to cook anything at the house, ignore this. The house has a huge beautiful kitchen with very sparse, junky, cooking equipment and wild organization. A bit of everything scattered throughout the many, many drawers and cabinets. Took forever to find what we needed when we needed it. There was some food storage, which I appreciated. If you stay in the loft bedroom, plan to hear everything going on in the house, no sound proofing. Beds were comfortable and clean. Lots of clean, nice bathrooms. Hot tub was hot and clean. Ping pong table was in good condition, paddles need a refresh. Overall a fun stay, just not worth the high price tag.

This house was absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside and out! The host had everything perfectly clean and organized, and we had everything we needed (and more) for our stay. The location was easily drivable to everything we wanted to do/see, and centrally located from all the trailheads we needed. The host had great recommendations and was very responsive. We will absolutely stay again if we visit Sedona!
