Newly Renovated 1BR in Old Town

My wife and I celebrated our one year wedding anniversary in cottonwood and stayed at this location. It was the perfect location for us, we were able to walk everywhere and had a great time. Would come back for another stay!

We hesitate giving a good review only because we want it to be easy to book again! From comfort to cleanliness to how close it is to old town this was a great stay. Little touch's like electric strip attached to bed for your electronics, really well put together book of instructions, very bright, espresso maker, walk in closet and parking right at the door made this special. Sedona Premier contact Clara was most helpful. Place was mostly as advertised within walking distance to Old Town restaurants and shops, heating system worked great, and shower good. Cleaning was pretty good but not perfect--something like chips on living room floor and coffee grounds on kitchen counter.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay. The location was great, it was walkable to all restaurants, bars, wineries, it was a great location. The check in and checkout instructions were incredibly easy, private entrance, even a private area out back. The house was clean and well taken care of, everything updated, towels soft, it was great! Quaint little home right in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood. Within walking distance to all the shops and eateries in Old Town. Cottonwood is centrally located so a nice quiet town to stay in and explore but also a short drive to other communities such as Jeromeand Sedona. The home is clean and exactly as pictured, with a large living room and bedroom (the king bed is super comfy). Smaller kitchen and bathroom but works well with the lay out. Strongly recommend this location if you are considering a stay in Cottonwood.

My daughter and I spent a week at Clara’s home in Cottonwood. It was perfect for our get away to Sedona and Flagstaff. We were pleased with our private parking, the enclosed back yard with plant and picnic table. The home is well furnished, very comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood is top notch. Wonderful place to stay in Cottonwood: just a few minutes walk from Sedonuts, wineries, a brewery, food places, coffee shops, and shopping. The listing was accurate and we had a great stay; everything was clean and matched the description, plus there were tiny touches that made you feel comfortable - extra towels, tissues and extra rolls of toilet paper, large bottles of shampoo/condition/soaps, a suitcase rack, and even blankets for cold mornings/evenings in the living room. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect place for the two of us. Great location in a quiet, residential area within an easy walk of Old Downtown Cottonwood. Comfortable bed, nice living room space, nice bathroom and full size appliances in kitchen. Building looks a bit plain on the outside, but inside decor was just as pictured, contemporary yet cozy. We felt relaxed and at home, and truly enjoyed our stay. Good communication from time of making the reservation clear up to checking out.

Cozy place within walking distance to downtown Old Cottonwood and short drive to Jerome and Sedona. We enjoyed a wine tasting downtown and then cooked dinner at the Airbnb after our daytime outings. Loved the Nespresso machine with provided pods in the morning! Good lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom but fixed the issue by placing a provided luggage rack outside the door with my bathroom essentials on top. Clara was easy to communicate with and she promptly answered any questions we had.

The location was great for our stay. The room clean. The smoke alarm in the kitchen went off every time we cooked. The bathroom is very small. It needs an elongated toilet for sure. There is no room for toiletries.

wow what a great find! my boyfriend and I frequent airbnb stays often. this spot treated us so well for a romantic adventure getaway. I would stay here again 100percent. we love to hike sedona trails and this spot is a quick 30min drive to any trail in sedona. we walked and scootered (we brought our own) the downtown cottonwood area. cute shops and stores. a quick drive to verde river access for fishing too. Carla's place was SO nice. Very clean and the decorations had us calling it our honeymoon bungalow. We enjoyed movies on the couch and slept amazing in the bed. We have had trouble sleeping in other stays elsewhere. Kitchen was fully functional and my boyfriend cooked often w stove and oven. he was hooked on the nespresso machine which we enjoyed every morning and saved us on my fancy latte expenses! Quiet, clean, no problems. Host allowed us to check in early and messaged us at 202pm when she knew we were getting in at 2pm. awesome stay! highly recommend merkin restaraunt too

We stayed for a couple nights and it was perfect for a weekend getaway. The bed was super comfortable. The weather was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute outdoor space but it would be fun in nicer weather to sit out under the stars. We had a great time at this airbnb! The unit was very cozy, and very comfortable. The host had provided for everything we could need, and we felt right at home. It was cold outside, but the heater worked very well and kept us nice and toasty 😊 the bed was also especially comfortable, we had great sleep even our first night, which is not always the case. Location was very (a couple of blocks from old town Cottonwood's main street where several excellent restaurants were located. The Red Rooster was our favorite. Short (1 1/2 miles) to Starbucks. Bed was extremely comfortable and living room was set up for watching TV while having a snack. Quality furniture. We believe that we got a lot of value for the cost. Highly recommend the place.

My wife and I enjoyed staying here for a long weekend. Easy to walk to Old Town and very quiet at night. The layout of the space was very nice. ALSO it smelled great inside. The automated puffs of scent was delightful

Such a cute and quaint place perfect for 2! Close enough to Sedona and cottonwood was nice and peaceful. Will DEFINITELY be staying again in the future if availability allows.

Just as pictured, extremely comfortable bed and could walk to all the shops and restaurants! Quick weekend getaway in this cute cottage. Nespresso machine was a treat, sofa was perfect for relaxing after walking or hiking. Would definitely stay again!

Clara’s home is absolutely gorgeous. The absolute perfect cozy home. It’s such a convenient house with everything in waking distance. I want the exact floors they have. We felt at home there and Clara was a dream host. I suggest that Everyone books it. It made our anniversary a dream come true. Thank you so much Clara… you’re an absolute Angel!!! Great location and cute little spot in Cottonwood. Loved the bed and the Nespresso machine. Easy walk to main st. AC worked well since it was unusually warm for late October. Overall a great choice for this area.
