New Build in Heart of Sedona! Hot Tub, Sauna, & Games

We had a lovely time in Sedona and Clara’s space was great. It’s conveniently located next to grocery stores, shopping and awesome hiking. The kitchen is well appointed, water pressure and temperature was great and the sauna was a treat on the cold spring mornings. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows and extra blankets.

We had a great stay here! The house is relatively new and had many luxury features, including a fully outfitted game room in the garage, a great hot tub, a sauna, and a wonderful kitchen that was fully outfitted. Additionally, the house was in walking distance of hiking trails, which was really important to us. It was a nice touch to provide bicycles. All at all, we had a great time in a great house with a great host.

This home was incredibly neat and easily one of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed in. We had a fairly large group of family members, but there was more than enough space for everyone to comfortably choose a place to sleep—no problem at all.The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The furniture throughout the home was clean, well-organized, and made the space feel both cozy and stylish.The amenities were perfect for all ages in our group, from kids to adults. Clara’s place was very comfortable for our party of 4 adults and 1 child. Everyone had all the space they needed and the game room was an extra bonus. The kitchen and living room were perfect for us as we like to cook. The kitchen was very well appointed with items we needed. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Clara's place was so peaceful and beautiful! We went with long-time friends and family and it was a beautiful experience. The house is beautiful and very high tech. Would have been 5 stars but for a few things that made the stay inconvenient. The mattress in the master br was very firm. This is a personal preference but was too hard for me so I ended up sleeping in one of the extra rooms with a much softer bed. All the fans/lights in the bedrooms and living room run on remote only and batteries were dead in two of the remotes so no way to turn on the fans or lights. With its red-rock vistas, downtown and hiking trails nearby, the house was perfect for our group of 8 visiting Sedona for the first time. The general living area is bright and open, and it was great having the outside area for extended living space. The master bedroom is massive, and the garage game room a plus. The AC worked great, and hot tub was needed after long days of hiking! We had one incident with the game room: the door was accidentally locked by our toddler, and once locked you cannot access from inside the house. We contacted the host and was immediately given the garage door code (typically not provided) and we were able to open the garage door and then unlock the door- access restored. All good, but something to watch. Also, FYI, although they look cool, the bedroom near the living area has barn door-type sliders, not ideal for privacy and sound control. Would definitely stay at this immaculate - inside and out - house again! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Our family of 8 did our annual Sedona family trip and we chose the Grasshopper Lane home! Home was just as listed and was perfect! All amenities to include the deck sauna room and spa all worked perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements! Perfectly located to everything Sedona has to offer. We had a bit of problem with entry code to unlock door when we arrived but Clara was responsive and on top of it so we got in. Great home and would stay there again!!!

This was the perfect stay for my family. It is centrally located to everything in Sedona and my kids enjoyed all the fun amenities such as the mountain bikes, game room, and fun games. I love yoga and this place had clean mats and a designated Zen area which made my day. It is spacious and super clean and well maintained. This property worked out perfectly for us. We had a group of 9 and everyone had plenty of space. The communal areas are perfect for groups. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and even the knives were sharp! It was so nice having a hot tub and outdoor space. Also this house is walking distance to the trailhead for Soldier's Pass. I can't recommend this property enough. My only request to the owners would be to fix the insanely squeaky bar stools. They drove all of us insane. And we were a bit short on toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and paper towels.

The place is way better in person than the listing shows. Much bigger and more impressive. Pictures don’t do it justice. If you’re into hiking, there are trails within walking distance and shopping for groceries is right around the corner. Clara (the host) was also very kind and responsive. The location made it easy to get to our activities; the trolley tour, ATV adventure, coffee shops etc, all within a few minutes. The views in the area were amazing too. This was the best Airbnb experience that we ever had. Clara went above and beyond and the place is simply beautiful, wam and inviting. Excellent kitchen, extremely clean and well lit. Hot tub,l and sauna are such a treat. The backyard view of the red rock is simply breathtaking. I wish we had more time to spend at the location. We will come back again. Update: Honest host! This place was so great! The house was brand new and perfect. We did a girls trip with 5 girls and 2 babies. The house was perfect for it with lots of beds. There was also kids toys and a high chair which was super convenient. We walked to coffee in the morning. It was also a block from sugar loaf trailhead which we hiked and was actually our favorite hike of the trip! Super nice and unexpected! We would have never done that hike if it wasn’t so close by.

This house is very clean and large enough to accommodate a large group without feeling crowded. The yard is smaller than expected but it was lovely. The yard is not fully enclosed, we spotted a group of javelinas that kept us inside. In the amenities an EV charger is mentioned, but there is an EV outlet only. Make sure to bring your own charger! The house was immaculate and Clara was responsive to any requests. This house is almost perfect. The furniture was just not very comfortable. The couche cushions are flat and supported by wood boards. Those boards made it very difficult to sit on the couches. One of the beds is a futon. The bed frames crackled and creaked. One of the beds is in the garage. I wrote up all the issues I wished we had known before booking. It's almost perfect 4.5 out of 5 stars.

This house was AMAZING! Gorgeously decorated and perfect for our family weekend getaway! Our kids LOVED the game room in the garage and the adults enjoyed talking around the living room and kitchen table. The house was homie and warm. All beds were very comfortable. Clara's property was exactly what we needed for a large gathering + 2 dogs. The property is located at the end of a quiet street. It was well appointed with extras like bikes, helmets, ping pong and games. The location was close to everything, but private so we could have restful nights. We will definitely be back. Clara’s place was beautiful and just far away from town to give us some privacy. I would recommend anyone staying there when visiting Sedona with a large group.

Our big family enjoyed our vacation here. The house is spacious enough to feel right at home, and mostly everything was clean. The kitchen was beautiful and centered so that we can all cook together without trouble.

This house looks exactly like it does in the pictures and was open and spacious. The indoor and outdoor spaces were very comfortable to relax and I have never seen a rental kitchen before with so many appliances available! Clara was very responsive to my questions during the booking process. When we arrived it was very easy to enter the house and get settled. There was a minor plumbing issue upon arrival, and when I informed Clara, she had a plumber out to the house and the problem fixed within 24 hours!! I couldn't have asked for a higher level of customer service. She is amazing! We used all four bedrooms in the unit, and were a bit surprised to see that one of the queen rooms had a futon mattress rather than a standard mattress, but looking closer at the pictures, it is obvious that is the case and we just missed that detail. All in all, I highly recommend staying here. Close to hiking, restaurants, groceries, etc. and just overall amazing! THANK YOU!!!!
