We had a great 3-night stay. The location is perfect with easy access to everything in west Sedona and just 5 minutes from uptown. The house was very roomy with plenty of room for hang out time, both inside and out. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after long days of adventures in Sedona. The home is lovely and I would definitely look to stay here again when we make our way back to Sedona.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great and a short drive to town. Our teen boys loved having the gameroom to hang out in and we loved the peaceful outdoor space. Our family of four had a wonderful three night stay in this home. There was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out while still having several great areas where we could relax and spend time together. When deciding where to stay, we debated between Uptown and West Sedona. We are so glad we chose this home in West Sedona, as it felt much more convenient and accessible than Uptown. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to beautiful Sedona!

Clara really did a great job hosting us in this wonderful house. Everything was smooth, her instructions were always clear and on point and she was very friendly and responsive. We had a wonderful stay in Sedona! The location couldn’t be more convenient — it’s walkable to Whole Foods, shops, and restaurants, and just a short drive to so many incredible hiking trails. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Clara was an excellent host — very responsive, kind, and provided clear, easy-to-follow directions for check-in and check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The only small downside was that the hot tub looked a bit cloudy and sudsy, so we decided not to use it. Otherwise, everything else was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Sedona!

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Clara’s house in Sedona! It’s walking distance from the Whole Foods center, which is really helpful when some of the group wants to venture out for hiking with only one rental car. Also nice to be away from the trafficky intersection downtown. The house is well air-conditioned for hot desert days, and the hot tub is great for the cold nights. I recommend it!

That’s exactly what we were looking for. A quiet and clean space to relax and read books during our stay in Sedona. The house was immaculate clean, very organized. Walkable distance to a hike and to Whole Foods for groceries. Bed was extremely comfortable and overall it was the perfect cozy getaway. I really recommend this house and I will definitely come back, if I’ll pass through Sedona again.

Our family really enjoyed this place! My eight year old enjoyed the hot tub and there was a travel crib available for my baby. Fully stocked kitchen, clean open living and dining room, marvelous outdoor space, clean bathrooms, and comfy beds. We would definitely stay again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of our time enjoying her outdoor patio and eating morning breakfast. Relaxing in her spacious well lit, open living room /dining room/ kitchen was also greatly appreciated. All areas were very clean, with great towels and comfortable beds. Clara was also responsive within minutes to give us the new login and password to the updated wifi router. We would certainly stay again when in Sedona.

Absolutely beautiful views of the Sedona scenery from the hot tub/back deck. The home itself is very spacious, with 2-3 unique spaces for various activities (a game room, TV room, dining room, etc) that were well situated for their use. The amenities (hot tub, grill, fireplace, etc) were very clean and ready, and easy to use. A very relaxing, private feeling property thats also very close to the various attractions in Sedona. Highly recommend staying here!

Clara was very helpful and easy to get a hold of from before we started a trip, during our stay, and after. The cabin is exactly what you would need for a quaint little secluded gathering in the woods which also happens to be walking distance to a Whold foods and like a ten minute drive to Uptown. When we first came in, we noticed that the Weber grill had a propane leak which would have ruined our grilling plans. Clara had it taken care of. Ping pong table Awesome. Jacuzzi awesome. If it's a question of renting three hotel rooms or this space. You should book this house without hesitation. Thanks again Clara and we hope to book again in the near future!

If I were to highlight a few things, the aspects that stood out the most to us was the extremely comfortable beds and the record player with vinyls. Our family chose Clara’s place based on photos, home size, amenities and location. It was a beautiful mid century modern property that was well appointed. Quiet, peaceful with plenty of space to relax. We loved the unique qualities that ring true for this type of home. Clean lines, contemporary furniture updated clean functional kitchen, a fun family room with games, ping pong and fooz ball. It was so nice to hang in the large jacuzzi, relax and stare at the stars, especially after a day of golf and hiking. Restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, hiking trails and sights were a quick 5-10 drive away. We would love to come back and stay here again! There’s so much to do in beautiful Sedona!

We absolutely loved our stay at Clara’s home! It’s the perfect location, close to everything you could need. Had a little hiccup with an appliance, but she was quick to respond and offered to drop off a temporary one to use if needed. Clara’s home was the perfect place for our group- cozy, peaceful, and had everything we needed! Clara was very responsive, and everything was as described. There were even tons of seasonings, oils and etc which is a plus for those who like to cook while traveling. This place was very nice! Looked just like the photos, in the best part of Sedona close to everything and it was spacious for us as a couple, with my brother and his wife joining us for one night. For the price point though, I think it could be more thoroughly cleaned. Just minor issues really though. I also think the instruction manual should include info on using the cooktop and adjusting the thermostat which were not at all intuitive.

Overall, this was a great stay. Love finding a property with lots of privacy but still in the middle of West Sedona and close to everything. The home and outdoor space were beautiful! Hot tub and outside fire place were a huge bonus. Also extremely comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Couple finishing touches would be appreciated to make it a bit more homey. We wished there had been blankets for the living room or outdoor blankets to use, as the nights were quite cool. Also the master bedroom needed a couple fixes. The remote that operates the fan was missing and the master bath doors (track doors) did not actually close (they slid right back open). These issues did not detract from our stay so we still recommend. A few tweaks and this could become an absolute guest favorite in the area!

My friends and I loved our stay at this beautiful home! Pristine clean and such a beautiful unique space. The deck and hot tub are private and beautiful. We walked about a mile to a popular hiking trail nearby which saved us trying to find parking. Such a great place. The beds were so comfortable. Sipping coffee in the mornings while the sun came us was so peaceful. Sitting in the hot tub on a cool night beside the outdoor fireplace was a great way to end our day. There’s a free shuttle in the neighbors that takes you to scenic hikes. So many great places to eat dinners. Our kitchen was well furnished for our breakfast. My wife loved the double head in the shower and fantastic water pressure. I could go on and on. There’s a record player. We even went to the thrift store and added a few to the collection for the next guest. I’ll end with this…when I return for my next trip, I’ll simply book this home again.

We came here for our honeymoon days after our wedding and the stay was perfect! Whole Foods is only a block away and a lot of delicious restaurants are walking distance so the location was superb. The master bed was really comfortable, the bathrooms were so cool and the kitchen had everything we needed. We took full advantage of the fire place and hot tub outside - the perfect atmosphere for star gazing and recapping the happiest weekend of our lives! This spot is absolutely gorgeous. The house is very pleasantly designed, with many places to relax and take in the scenery/peace and quiet. The kitchen and grill space was clean, functional, and easy to use. The backyard was beautiful and the deck felt very private. The hot tub was wonderful. Clara was a great host! Everything was clean, beds and furniture were comfy, and the house felt very secluded despite being around the corner from a grocery store. The house was decorated nicely and felt very chic. Lots of natural light with all the windows and the couple of sky lights. If someone you’re traveling with has mobility issues, keep in mind there is a gate to enter the driveway, the driveway is small and steep and there’s a set of stairs to enter the house. The oven is small so I would only plan on doing some light cooking or go to a restaurant. Hot tub was simple to use, it was fun sitting out back and stargazing at night.

Great Space. You feel like you’re secluded, yet you are right in the middle of everything. The issues in other reviews have been resolved: towels, larger pots and pans. There are some salts, oils, and seasonings. It’s really wonderful!

Being Europeans, we would have love a more equipped kitchen to have more meals at home. But the landscapes are so powerful that you want to explore and discover all day. Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was more than our expectations. The neighborhood is beautiful and it's peaceful. Clara is very responsive. Her home is absolutely beautiful. There's a lot of natural light. It's conveniently located to restaurants, but Sedona does have a lot of businesses that close early. This home is located 5 minutes from a grocery store and a Walgreens that stays open until 11pm. Let's talk about the beds and bedding. The mattress and comforter was so soft and it made you want to lay in bed and just enjoy the scenery around you. We will keep this home on our list of favorites for our future visits and keep Clara's other properties in mind as well. Thank you for the amazing stay!

This is a beautiful, unique, spacious home, right down the street from a park and hiking trails. It's perfect for families with kids. (We were 2 families with 3 kids total.) We appreciated how peaceful the space was and enjoyed the jacuzzi and ping pong. Thanks for a great stay in Sedona!

Location of the house is great if you need access to grocery stores. Distance to town is reasonable as well. The front gate which is required to be closed at all times is a bit of a hassle. Beds were very comfortable, but owner should add a few extra blankets (even just in the cabinets) for cold evenings or when guests have different preferences in sleeping temperatures. Cooktop is rather unintuitive to operate and they need some larger pots for cooking meals for more than two people or if you want leftovers. Other than that, a pleasant stay and we very much enjoyed the fireplace on the back deck, especially with the cool weather!

Rented this place to stay during Sedona Mountain Bike Festival. It was perfect becasue it was a 5 minute walk to the venue. Rooms were nicely appointed and the place was very clean. We really enjoyed the game room with ping-pong table and foosball. The game room is where the garage used to be, so storing bikes is a bit more complicated. Driveway is behind a gate, you can fit 3 cars if they are nose to tail. communicated with the property manager a few times and they were very prompt to respond and were great to deal with. This house was a perfect home base for our Sedona vacation. The location was excellent: close to good restaurants, a walk to Whole Foods, close to trail heads. It was bright with good views but still had lots of privacy. We loved being out on the deck, we used the hot tub daily and the outdoor fireplace. The beds and bedding were good quality and so comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful. We would absolutely rent this location again.

Place is nice and quiet! Master bed was super comfortable and took a 3 hour nap :) Just a couple things to note for travelers - the house is not well stocked (v. few spices, cleaning supplies and only had one dish towel) so be prepared to bring what you need - luckily there is a whole foods a block away so not a big deal. Also hot tub is smaller than you think - could not fit more than 2 grown ups :) Otherwise a good spot and close to everything.

What a pleasure to spend a long weekend at Clara's home in Sedona. Perfect space for three, busy women looking for a peaceful getaway. Plenty of private spaces as well as comfortable common areas. We didn't utilize the rec room, but when I bring my kids back I will definitely be booking this house again! Host was highly responsive without being intrusive. Easy check-in and check-out.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you are looking for a place away from tourists with room to spread out and relax, this is the place for you. Loved this Airbnb! It was nicely decorated and exactly as pictured. We liked how it wasn’t on a busy street. Clara was responsive. Would recommend and stay again. Please note, the master bathroom doesn’t have a door its curtains. Only two bathrooms were a little tight for our group of 6. Still great airbnb!!

The house was beautiful and spotless. Loved the openness of the front room/kitchen. Extra bonus was the fun game room. Beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows! The location is perfect for getting to the jeep tours, hiking trails, restaurants , and seeing Oak Creek without a lot of people (Cresant Moon Ranch) is a must for playing in the creek.

Great house, so close to the main downtown of Sedona! Loved the space. Unfortunately I think the coffee machine was missing a part so we couldn’t use the k-cups. We did have an encounter with a very large spider inside the house but it’s to be expected being in the desert I would imagine. Overall great stay though

It was a great location. Host was available with anything I needed. One thing I can recommend is the bugs are very crazy in Sedona however it was not as bad but maybe spray more then normal just because of the area. It was an older house with some really nice upgrades I wouldn’t say it’s for a family with younger kids like 7 & 8 year old but for teenagers it was perfect very nice nice stay.

Clara was the best host and this home was gorgeous! We had plenty of space, amazing modern furniture and decor, lots of amenities like bathroom items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need to cook. The place was sparkling clean too ! Clara shared amazing recommendations and was very responsive any time I had questions. This is a hidden gem in Sedona so book this place asap ! The backyard, nature, hot tub and stunning deck and views were the cherry on top. Can’t wait to stay here again ! ❤️

Clara’s place is all that we could’ve asked for. Perfect location, quiet street, nice views, and a beautiful home. The original touches everywhere really made us fall in love with this place. But an updated kitchen, a game room, hot tub, and fire pit. We used all of the amenities. The newly installed air conditioning kept the home at the perfect temperature. The beds and linens were comfy and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in after long hikes. We spent 4 nights in this beautiful home and thought we got such a deal. Close to grocery, coffee, restaurants, and hikes; we didn’t have to go too far to have fun. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place. Only con we had was self opening/closing the gate bother than that, perfection!

Pros- Clara was amazing to work with. Very well decorated and spacious for a group. Peaceful and quiet. Perfect location for hiking trails and getting to downtown. Comfortable beds. Cons- it is hot in the house. Even with lows in the 60s the house stayed in the upper 70s until about 4am. For the price it really should have AC. Kitchen is not well stocked. There is a gate you have to open and close each time you leave/come back. That got to be very tedious. No towels for hot tub.
