🏡 The Space

Warm, comfortable and wonderfully spacious, the home is designed for the kind of trip where everyone can spend time together while still having room of their own.

The living room is an inviting centerpiece, with a large sectional gathered around the fireplace and a picture window framing Sedona’s unmistakable landscape. The dining area sits just beyond, with doors leading straight to the patio—making it easy to move dinner outside when the weather is too good to waste.

The kitchen is equally generous, with a large island, gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. There’s plenty of counter space for cooking together, setting out a big breakfast, or simply gathering around the island with coffee while deciding where the day will take you.

Three bedrooms offer comfortable places to recharge, and each has its own TV. The primary bedroom features a King bed, private outdoor access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, while Bedroom 3 offers two Single beds along with its own door to the outdoors.

🌿 Outdoor Living

This is where the home really slows things down. The backyard feels private and established, with mature greenery, thoughtfully landscaped spaces and several different places to settle in.

Start the morning with coffee beneath the covered patio, fire up the built-in BBQ for dinner, or take your time around the outdoor dining table as the day cools off. Later, sink into the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit for an easy evening under the Sedona sky.

It’s not an over-the-top resort backyard—and it doesn’t need to be. It’s comfortable, peaceful and made for actually spending time outside.

Beautiful, quiet, serene neighborhood near forest with many trees and beautiful views. Enjoy serene sights and sounds of the forest. Friendly neighbors. Close to all, yet secluded, and very few cars pass by.

Car is highly recommended in Sedona. Uber, Lyft and taxi services can be limited.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.
