Really enjoyed our second stay in Seven Canyons. The townhouse is very spacious and well appointed. All of us enjoyed it. The location is excellent for all sorts of outdoor activities - including golf, hiking, and biking.

What a vacation. Located in the heart of hiking trails. We hiked, ATV’d and explored the town. Then came home to this incredibly appointed home. More beautiful than the pictures. The living space was high end, and the master bedroom was stunning. Can’t wait to come back. Great home and incredible host. Thank you!

Stunning space—impeccably clean and well stocked. Our family had an amazing time. The location was away from the main touristy area but close to great hikes and felt low key but high end. The club house and pool were such a bonus. Clara was super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. 10/10 would love to come back.

We travel with family each year, so I am always looking for beautiful homes that meet the needs of those traveling with us. This home was a winner! We all agreed the home was stunning! The gourmet kitchen was a dream and well-stocked. It appears Clara purchased barbecue utensils because they were there when we arrived! We ate out on the patio several times. The backyard is absolutely amazing. So peaceful. When the golf cart does happen to pass through the ducks fly off of the course and into the pond. Our granddaughters loved watching them. Our family walked to the heated pool each day. It was never crowded as most residents are there to golf. Hiking trails are within a short drive or a 20 minute walk and there is a playground as well for the kiddos up by the Villa rentals. Clara was so responsive and even ordered a port a crib for a small fee of $25 to be ready when we arrived. We would all come back here in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was immaculate, beautifully organized, and very spacious. Clara was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and great with communication throughout our stay. The patio views were absolutely stunning. Although we didn’t get a chance to golf this time, we’re already looking forward to returning to play at Seven Canyons. The resort is gorgeous, with easy access to nearby hiking trails. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the clubhouse on our last night with incredible views. Highly recommend this home—we can’t wait to come back!

The location was perfect. The road to the house is scenic and connects to great trails, so it truly felt like we were staying in the heart of Sedona’s nature. I was relieved we didn’t stay downtown, where parking and crowds can be stressful. After a long day outside, the house had everything we needed—clean sheets and towels, a relaxing bathtub, a high-end kitchen, a BBQ grill, and outdoor seating with a heater. The view of the pond and golf course was peaceful and private. We enjoyed a 9-hole round of golf. Even though the course was fully booked, it never felt crowded, and the scenery was beautiful the entire time. The gated community was quiet, safe, and very well maintained. The owner was very responsive and great at communication, which made the stay even smoother. Compared to staying downtown, this home is larger, more updated, calmer, and more affordable. Highly recommended.
