The home is located within the exclusive, members-only Seven Canyons Golf Club. Once inside the resort community, all amenities are just a short walk or quick golf cart ride away.

To explore the greater Sedona area, a car is recommended, as Uber and Lyft services are limited. The property is conveniently close to several scenic hiking trails and only about 10 minutes from shops, restaurants, and other essentials in town.

This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming apps on Smart TV's. Cable service is not provided.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1000 for deodorization.

I don’t often take time to write reviews, good or bad, but this property was… Wow! Easy access with door code, super clean, great layout, Clara responded quickly. The views inside the canyon are absolutely stunning. We had a lovely meal at Seasons restaurant (you need a reservation). My husband and son played the most scenic round of golf they’ve ever played. Convenient to hiking trails and town. Loved it.

The condo was just as described. It had everything we needed. The furnishings were luxurious. The community is quiet and beautiful. Although we didn’t play golf, the course looked amazing and wasn’t busy at all. The clubhouse is like something you would see at PGA tour facility. The pool and hot tub were perfect. My only concern is that the blinds were described as light blocking but when the sun comes up, it is very bright in the master. We would definitely come back to this place!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked to be able to make meals at home, close to so many trails, a short easy drive into town. The place is very private and quiet and extremely comfortable mattresses, making for a great nights sleep! It was nice to be able to golf & dine at Seven Canyons. Will definitely be back! Great 4 night stay at Seven Canyons with family of 4 including 16yr and 13yr old boy and girl. Great views from the property, fantastic views from golf course. close to some great hiking spots including Devils Bridge. Clubhouse restaurant closes early certain days but food and service were friendly and great. would come back

Absolutely stunning. I came into town for a conference and initially was going to stay at a hotel right around the property I would be at. I am so glad I didn't. It was worth the ten minute drive to be tucked into the mountain, under the stars, and with the golf course and waterway out back. The place was beautiful and there were many nice upgrades the the property. Not what you get in most Airbnb's. I can't wait to come back again to stay and play.

This might be the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate and so very well appointed. They have everything you need. The drive to the neighborhood is stunning. We had a small mishap with the code and the host handled it immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend and will absolutely stay here again. We loved our stay at the townhouse. There were 6 of us…3 couples. The townhouse has everything you need! So comfortable and a great view of the golf course with the serene water right next to the outside area. We loved the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again. It was so close and convenient to hiking and restaurants, breweries and distilleries. Five stars all around!

Beautiful townhome in the best location. We were able bike, trail run, hike without having to drive a car to the trailheads. The golf course is beautiful and the views each morning of the hot air balloons and sunrise were the icing on the cake. We’ll be back!

What an amazing stay! One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The kitchen was so well stocked with a great latte machine with coffee on hand. Such a nice touch. The views were amazing, furniture so comfortable and everything you needed was available. It was beautiful and clean. Definitely, a home away from home and quite a magical stay. Extremely beautiful home with gorgeous views. The house was immaculate. Loved all the thoughtful amenities in the pantry like the different teas and coffee essentials. The patio was so pretty at sunset with the red rocks reflection in the water of the pond. There were fish in the pond and lots of hummingbirds in the flowers next to the patio. The grill worked well, and we enjoyed cooking every night. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, but bring an eye mask for the primary bedroom as the sun rises right into the window. The shower was really nice with a large rain shower head. The automatic blinds and house being controlled by “Control 4” is an added bonus. My tech loving husband was very impressed with that. The facilities at the clubhouse were amazing, loved the pool and the food at the clubhouse. We played a round of golf and I can’t emphasize enough how stunning the views at the golf course are. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely return!

The place is very private and quiet and extremely comfortable mattresses, making for a great nights sleep! It was nice to be able to golf & dine at Seven Canyons. Will definitely be back! Clara was a wonderful and responsive host!

Beautiful, well stocked home in a beautiful golf community. We enjoyed early morning walks before golf started on the cart path. Was a wonderful spot to come back to after hiking

Great 4 night stay at Seven Canyons with family of 4 including 16yr and 13yr old boy and girl. Great views from the property, fantastic views from golf course. close to some great hiking spots including Devils Bridge. Clubhouse restaurant closes early certain days but food and service were friendly and great. would come back

The home was perfect! Clean, new, great views, spacious, modern, comfortable, peaceful and very well appointed. We had a wonderful week and will definitely return! Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Close to lots of trails and hiking.

Absolutely stunning. I came into town for a conference and initially was going to stay at a hotel right around the property I would be at. I am so glad I didn't. It was worth the ten minute drive to be tucked into the mountain, under the stars, and with the golf course and waterway out back. The place was beautiful and there were many nice upgrades the the property. Not what you get in most Airbnb's. I can't wait to come back again to stay and play.

This might be the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate and so very well appointed. They have everything you need. The drive to the neighborhood is stunning. We had a small mishap with the code and the host handled it immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend and will absolutely stay here again. Dinner recs - Elote Cafe ( make sure you make reservations early!!), Mariposa and the pink Jeopardy tour. Amazing family trip

We loved our stay at the townhouse. There were 6 of us…3 couples. The townhouse has everything you need! So comfortable and a great view of the golf course with the serene water right next to the outside area. We loved the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again. It was so close and convenient to hiking and restaurants, breweries and distilleries. Five stars all around!

We loved our stay here! I can’t say enough, about how beautiful this condo was. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and the were stunning views. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful townhome in the best location. We were able bike, trail run, hike without having to drive a car to the trailheads. The golf course is beautiful and the views each morning of the hot air balloons and sunrise were the icing on the cake. We’ll be back!

What an amazing stay! One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The kitchen was so well stocked with a great latte machine with coffee on hand. Such a nice touch. The views were amazing, furniture so comfortable and everything you needed was available. It was beautiful and clean. Definitely, a home away from home and quite a magical stay. Thank you Clara for sharing such a beautiful space and for your great communication. You will not be disappointed ! Hopefully, we will have an opportunity to come back. 5 Star!!! Shelly

Extremely beautiful home with gorgeous views. The house was immaculate. Loved all the thoughtful amenities in the pantry like the different teas and coffee essentials. The patio was so pretty at sunset with the red rocks reflection in the water of the pond. There were fish in the pond and lots of hummingbirds in the flowers next to the patio. The grill worked well, and we enjoyed cooking every night. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, but bring an eye mask for the primary bedroom as the sun rises right into the window. The shower was really nice with a large rain shower head. The automatic blinds and house being controlled by “Control 4” is an added bonus. My tech loving husband was very impressed with that. The facilities at the clubhouse were amazing, loved the pool and the food at the clubhouse. We played a round of golf and I can’t emphasize enough how stunning the views at the golf course are. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely return!
