The home is located within the exclusive, members-only Seven Canyons Golf Club. Once inside the resort community, all amenities are just a short walk or quick golf cart ride away.

To explore the greater Sedona area, a car is recommended, as Uber and Lyft services are limited. The property is conveniently close to several scenic hiking trails and only about 10 minutes from shops, restaurants, and other essentials in town.

This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming apps on Smart TV's. Cable service is not provided.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1000 for deodorization.

We came into town for a conference; I’m honestly grateful there wasn’t a vacancy at the resort because otherwise we would have missed the opportunity to stay at this beautiful and peaceful home! We were greeted kindly at the access gate and a pet-friendly space is important to me. The home truly felt like our own private spa with babbling brook sounds from the pond. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and simply having more time to slow down and enjoy the house. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out. We loved cooking every day, who wouldn’t with that patio view! But honestly, the best review came from my kids, who declared this the “best house ever.” And as a mom, that makes me incredibly happy! They’re already asking when we can come back. Thank you to our wonderful host for creating such a beautiful, peaceful, welcoming home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would absolutely love to return. We highly recommend this Airbnb! ❤️

Wonderful newer home in peaceful, private community surrounded by beautiful scenery. A wonderful way to experience Sedona with a family who likes to have their own space. My kids loved the hot tub. Amazing hiking is within walking distance of the front gate and town is a short drive away. Clara is a fantastic, proactive host with clear communication and terrific recommendations. We had an amazing experience at Seven Canyons in this beautiful home. It was easy to access using the host instructions and spotless upon arrival. Don’t miss Rachael’s Knoll which is a hidden gem of a view within the Seven Canyons enclave. One delightful surprise was how well stocked the kitchen was with amenities. You have more than you need to cook in this kitchen if you choose to or use the gorgeous Coyote grill on the deck. Spacious and modern inside yet nothing compares to the outdoor spaces with multiple decks/patios with incredible views of the golf course and red rocks. The hot tub was wonderful and the fire pit and seating so nice. Comfortable beds and fresh towels, washer and dryer upstairs, were all wonderful. The pool area, fitness center and clubhouse were all easy to access and beautiful. Highly recommend. Clara was our host and she was so responsive and helpful with our questions.

This was my wife’s and my first trip to Sedona for a milestone birthday and a bucket-list trip. We researched many places and knew we wanted to stay in West Sedona, and this home was perfect. The gated community and easy check-in made arrival stress-free. We were pleasantly surprised to walk in and see a Christmas tree and lights—it immediately felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. A great bonus (not sure it was listed) was the outdoor patios with heat lamps, which made stargazing comfortable in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable, with a large walk-in closet. The bathrooms were well supplied with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Everything was clearly labeled, and there was a helpful binder with all the house information. Clara was a wonderful host—very responsive and available whenever we had questions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return again.

Wonderful place to stay for the weekend! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen felt like it didn't lack anything for cooking. It would have been nice to have a reverse osmosis system or a drinking water source in the fridge but I wasn't sure if it was ok to drink from the faucet or not. The hot tub was great. We just had to reset the breaker once which was easy. The views of the red rocks were gorgeous. The bed was super comfortable. The washer and dryer were a little sketchy but got the job done and my clothes smelled good. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hiking is within walking distance of the front gate and town is a short drive away. Clara is a fantastic, proactive host with clear communication and terrific recommendations. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sedona.

The unit, pool, and gym were all beautiful and exactly as described. The location is stunning and just a short drive to great hiking trails. We’d definitely love to come back!

We had an amazing experience at Seven Canyons in this beautiful home. It was easy to access using the host instructions and spotless upon arrival. Don’t miss Rachael’s Knoll which is a hidden gem of a view within the Seven Canyons enclave. One delightful surprise was how well stocked the kitchen was with amenities. You have more than you need to cook in this kitchen if you choose to or use the gorgeous Coyote grill on the deck. Spacious and modern inside yet nothing compares to the outdoor spaces with multiple decks/patios with incredible views of the golf course and red rocks. The hot tub was wonderful and the fire pit and seating so nice. Comfortable beds and fresh towels, washer and dryer upstairs, were all wonderful. The pool area, fitness center and clubhouse were all easy to access and beautiful. Highly recommend. Clara was our host and she was so responsive and helpful with our questions.

We love staying at Seven Canyons and this property is no exception. You see breathtaking views everywhere you look! I used the well-equipped gym on the property almost daily and enjoyed recovering in the townhouse hot tub afterwards.

We absolutely loved our stay. One of the best Air BNB we have ever had. Truly an amazing place, very well appointed and fabulous. You won’t regret staying here. We hope to come back again soon!

This was my wife’s and my first trip to Sedona for a milestone birthday and a bucket-list trip. We researched many places and knew we wanted to stay in West Sedona, and this home was perfect. The gated community and easy check-in made arrival stress-free. We were pleasantly surprised to walk in and see a Christmas tree and lights—it immediately felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. A great bonus (not sure it was listed) was the outdoor patios with heat lamps, which made stargazing comfortable in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable, with a large walk-in closet. The bathrooms were well supplied with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Everything was clearly labeled, and there was a helpful binder with all the house information. Clara was a wonderful host—very responsive and available whenever we had questions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return again.

Wonderful place to stay for the weekend! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen felt like it didn't lack anything for cooking. It would have been nice to have a reverse osmosis system or a drinking water source in the fridge but I wasn't sure if it was ok to drink from the faucet or not. The hot tub was great. We just had to reset the breaker once which was easy. The views of the red rocks were gorgeous. The bed was super comfortable. The washer and dryer were a little sketchy but got the job done and my clothes smelled good. We will definitely be back!
