Guests have access to the home but do not have access to the locked garage spaces. Parking is available in the driveway and the carport.

We are available remotely or in-person as needed.

Dry Creek Escape is located off of Dry Creek Road in the historical Color Cove neighborhood. The neighborhood consists of ranch land, horse properties, and estates on large 1+ acre lots. This is a quiet residential area, please be respectful of our neighbors. We are in close proximity to West Sedona and many trailheads, including: Devils Bridge, Thunder Mountain, Mescal Trail, and Sugarloaf Mountain.

This is a rural area, a car is required for traveling in Sedona. Uber/Lyft services are limited.

This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.

There are 4 exterior security cameraas around the entire exterior of the property.

This home is absolutely beautiful and the views were stunning. We had everything we needed and the house really worked super well for multiple families. We had little ones so we brought a few child gates to help with the various stairs. But there was a play and pack and tons of space, so really great for families. Lots of little details that are helpful like extra hooks and plenty of pillows. Beautifully decorated without being cluttered. So, that’s nice with little ones. Honestly we just loved it. We would love to stay again! Definitely a favorite with us!

We were a family group of 8, including a 3 year old. Magical is the word that comes to mind when you first walk into the house. Seeing Capitol and Chimney Rocks perfectly framed through all the picture windows set the tone for a weekend of hikes, splashing in creeks, eating on the deck and having a sound bath in the living room. This house was immaculate with every amenity you might need in all the bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen. The hot tub was a special place to "soak" in the views after a long day of hiking. There is even an EV charger! The setting is in a very quiet neighborhood away from the busy streets of Sedona. Our grandson went out on little walks through the yard, searching for animals and bugs (we did see a cute bunny rabbit). We loved our stay here and can't recommend it highly enough. It is perfect for a group as the private spaces separate nicely from the public ones. Clara's communication was excellent. A fantastic weekend with some very special memories.

This home was freshly renovated and in an ideal location for us that felt secluded but also close to the thing we were interested in like hiking trails. It provided great space for our family to spread out when we wanted or come together for games, movies and meals. Clara provided excellent communication that made us confident about every step of our reservation, stay and check out. I didn't believe that the scenery could be as beautiful as it was in the pictures but I was blown away by how accurate it was. Great spring break trip! Thank you!

This home was a real highlight of our Sedona trip. The space is open, spacious, and beautifully laid out, with high ceilings that make it feel bright and welcoming. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space — relaxing on the patio and taking in the red rock views was absolutely unforgettable, especially in the mornings and evenings. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and generously sized, and having multiple living areas gave everyone room to unwind. It truly felt like a home, not just a rental, and made for the perfect base while exploring Sedona. We would absolutely stay here again.
