With four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two separate living areas, two kitchens, one full laundry suite, plus a separate stackable washer and dryer in the casita, Desert Bloom offers generous space to gather and space to retreat.

Step outside and discover your own private oasis. A protected courtyard with a central fountain welcomes you into tranquil grounds featuring a lotus-filled pond, walking meditation garden, and dedicated outdoor yoga space.

At the center of the experience is a spectacular 40-foot swimming pool with a Baja shelf, surrounded by spaces created for effortless outdoor living. Enjoy the covered dining area, barbecue, outdoor lounge, bar, and refrigeration for long afternoons and dinners beneath the desert sky.

For an elevated spa experience, unwind in the pergola-covered hot tub or retreat to the impressive eight-person barrel sauna—perfect for relaxation, restoration, and peaceful evenings after a day exploring Sedona.

And there is plenty of fun indoors. Desert Bloom's dedicated game room features a three-way game table, arcade games, video gaming, and a comfortable sofa lounge.

Kitchen & Dining

The full kitchen is spacious and beautifully finished, with generous counter space, a large center island, and plenty of room for preparing meals together. A dedicated coffee station keeps morning essentials organized and close at hand.

Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area provides a large table for shared meals while keeping the kitchen and living spaces connected. For more casual dining, additional seating is available at the kitchen island.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The home features four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups.

Bedroom 1 features a king bed, twin daybed with twin trundle, TV, seating area, spacious walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and TV, while Bedroom 3 includes another queen bed in a bright and comfortable setting. Bedroom 4 is designed with larger groups in mind, especially for kids, featuring two double beds along with two single beds (bunk bed).

Across the home are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. In addition to the ensuite bathroom in Bedroom 1, one full bathroom features a walk-in shower, while another offers a tub/shower combination and a convenient stacked washer and dryer

Game Room & Gym

The game room gives everyone another place to gather, with a TV, arcade gaming, and an air hockey table that converts into a pool/billiards table.

The same recreation area also includes a dedicated fitness setup with cardio equipment, free weights, and strength-training equipment, making it easy to keep up with your routine during your stay.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor spaces are a standout feature of this home. The private pool is surrounded by loungers and multiple seating areas, with in-water loungers offering the perfect spot to cool off under the Arizona sun. Nearby, a covered hot tub creates a relaxing place to unwind in the evening.

A large covered patio extends the living space outdoors with a full outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, bar seating, dining space, and comfortable lounge furniture. Whether you’re grilling dinner, enjoying drinks by the pool, or settling in for a long outdoor meal, there’s plenty of room for everyone.

Tucked into the landscaped grounds is a private barrel sauna, while winding pathways lead through garden spaces and peaceful seating areas. The central courtyard offers a completely different atmosphere, centered around a beautiful cascading water feature and surrounded by additional outdoor dining and seating.

With Sedona’s red rock formations rising beyond the property, the setting feels peaceful and private while still keeping you close to everything the Village of Oak Creek has to offer.

The guests will have access to the entire home except for the locked supply closet.

We are not physically located at the property but are available remotely or locally as needed.

Located in the highly desirable Village of Oak Creek area of Sedona, the home offers quick access to some of Sedona’s best hiking, golf, restaurants, and scenic drives while still feeling peaceful and private.

It's best to rent a car in Sedona. Uber & Lyft is limited in the area.

This home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the surrounding community. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM

All doors and gates leading to the pool area are equipped with child safety locks and self closing doors. Children must be supervised at all times when in the fence pool area.

Access to pool cover controls are available for additional precaution by request.

Pool can be heated $100/day fee between April - September. $150/day between October-March. Please inform us at least 24 hours before if you want pool heat. There's 3 night minimum, unless it's a 2 night stay. The hot tub is heated year round for no additional fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. Violation fee starts at $1500.

No pets allowed at the property.

Sedona’s Dark Sky ordinance requires outdoor lights to be turned off at night between 9pm to 7am.

By law, this home may not be used for events, parties, or large gatherings beyond registered guests.

Local wildlife (javelina, deer, skunks, bobcats) is common in the area. Please admire from a distance and do not feed or approach.
