House was nice. Just a few issues...broken glass outside by hottub. Bathroom door handle was not usable and I ended up trapped for an hour and 40 minutes in the bathroom until the handyman got there to get me out. Clara did give me some money off our stay due to this. I would book her house again tho.

Very beautiful Homie home a few things I addressed to the host. The air conditioning wasn’t the best couple things outdated price was a little high for the state but really enjoyed ourselves and it felt right at home.

Beautiful home and back yard in a beautiful area! We stayed here over the Fourth and it was a great respite from the noise in Phoenix - my dog loved the backyard and there were almost no fireworks so she was able to relax.

Had a great stay at Clara's place. The place was very cozy and had all the essentials we needed for cooking/grilling. Our dogs had plenty of room to roam around in the backyard. We utilized the hot tub while we were there as well. we would definitely stay there again!

I will start with positive, Carla was great gave great recommendations for restaurants and even let us do a early check in. The location of home was also great and pet friendly. Carla was attentive to our issues .Now the bad home had some issues by day 2 during heat wave A/C couldn't keep home at a good temp high 70s low 80s abut 2 to 3 am it would get reasonable. Carla did ge A/C looked at we even bought a boxfan to help circulation in home . During summer I would not choose it knowing the issue stated above during spring and fall and I'm sure winter it would be awesome. I would definitely rent a property under Carla's company it's not her fault that A/C is under sized for the home and she was really good with communication that being said had I hadn't had my pets I would have checked out and found a holtel for remaining stay Noone wants to sleep in high 70s .

This was one of my favorite airbnbs. It was clean, close to Sedona, and very well stocked. The place was very comfortable and we loved the hot tub. Clara is a communicative host and I hope to be back again.

We enjoyed staying in Cottonwoods. We loved the restaurants in the area and the proximity to Sedona. My husband also enjoyed trail running on the trails in Cottonwoods. I would say the house needs some maintenance. From dripping faucet in bathroom, ceiling and bathroom fans that seem to be going out and yard maintenance etc. It did not give off the feel of being maintained well. I did find a drawer organizer and went ahead and organized one of the kitchen drawers while we were there. We did sleep well in the master bed. We never turned on a TV or tried the BBQ.

This house was in a perfect location for us to be able to enjoy Cottonwood and other surrounding small towns as well as venture to Sedona for some amazing hikes! Would recommend!

We had a long term stay for 12 days and found the home to be very accommodating. Everything was exactly as it was pictured and presented. The jacuzzi was a warm welcome after some of our long hikes. Clara was very responsive to any texts I sent. The location was top tier. Everything was within a short drive. We traveled up to Jerome and few times and spent a lot of our time in Sedona. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We loved our stay! The house is nice and cozy and very quiet. We enjoyed staying in Cottonwood. Such a sweet little town-close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer, yet out of the busyness of Sedona. The hot tub was a nice treat after long days of hiking and exploring. Clara was very proactive and responsive. Check in was very smooth. We will stay here again!!

House was exactly as described. In a quiet neighborhood, with a big fenced in back yard. We enjoyed the hot tub. We didn’t really cook, so I can’t speak on much in the kitchen supplies, but the coffee pot and toaster worked, so we were happy. Overall, great experience.

Clara’s place was cozy and relaxing! The place looks better than pictured and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Clara was very responsive and helpful as well. We brought our dogs and this place was perfect for them. The yard is fully fenced and the main bedroom even has a doggie door, which was extremely convenient! Sometimes hosts can create a lot of rules and charge extra for animals, but we did not experience this with this airbnb, which was refreshing! The location was fantastic as it was about 30 minutes from Sedona and about 7 minutes from main street Cottonwood which has many delicious restaurants! We loved our stay and we will be back in the future!

Our group of 5 had a wonderful 1 week stay! Looked like the photos and Clara was responsive whenever we needed. Cozy living room, open space in backyard and jacuzzi were a big plus Location: 30-45 min to downtown Sedona and the popular hikes, and under 10 min to Old town Cottonwood / state parks

We had the best Christmas at Cara’s cozy home. All appliances for our home cooked meals and lots of room! We enjoyed our morning walks and drinking coffee in the back patio to enjoy the breath taking views. Did we mention a great jacuzzi for relaxing after exploring the town. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I also thank you for the comfortable stay at your delightful home. Your home is located in such a nice, quiet neighborhood. This was a wonderful place to call home for four days as we explored the area. The location of your home allowed us to go to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon for a day trip and other days to explore the Verde Valley, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Lowell Observatory. This whole area from your home to Sedona and to the Grand Canyon has exceptionally beautiful scenery and great eateries that made our stay complete. We enjoyed the comfort of your home!!! Wonderful! Overall -- enjoyed our stay. House was in excellent condition --looked to be new on VRBO and much of inside appeared to be remodeled recently. Outside fenced backyard a real plus, included a nice hot tub and grill. Great for our four legged family member. Gene Bradley

My family and I absolutely loved Clara’s home, it really felt like home for us. It was our first trip coming from Chicago!The view was beautiful and the distance to Sedona was about 25-35 minutes which was perfect for us to spend the evening out there and go hiking. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. We were able to cook on days that we didn’t want to eat out. The backyard was also very nice, my pup Lilo loved it. Very private and quiet area. The hot tub was also super nice now that it does get chillier in Arizona at night!

Clara’s place was just as described and pictured. It was clean and cozy with a large, private backyard and a great, relaxing hot tub. We visited Jerome and Clarkdale and rode the Verde Canyon Railroad, all within a 15 min drive. The beds and linens were high quality and sooo comfortable! I highly recommend Clara’s place for a family or small group as a home base for all the attractions of the Verde Valley!
