From the minute we entered this house we felt right at home! It was very clean and cozy and we loved the living area; very comfortable sofa and loveseat that reclined! We really liked the way. The house was laid out with the master bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and second bathroom on the other side. It was great to have a washer and dryer and they were both very efficient. The backyard was quiet and private, and we loved using the hot tub after a day of hiking, jeeping, and horseback riding! Very convenient to restaurants and Walmart. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Clara!

We loved our stay in Cottonwood at Clara’s house! It was thoughtfully decorated and felt right at home. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, and a quick drive to the grocery store or Old Town. Very comfortable space, and the hot tub was an added bonus! I highly recommend staying here.

This place was super spacious and a great deal for what we paid. There were some communication mishaps with the door code and maintenance staff, but the host answered our questions quickly so those got resolved easily. The hot tub is really nice to have especially in the winter. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is very clean and beautifully decorated. Cottonwood is a great place to stay, a little far from Sedona, but we loved hopping around the wineries and exploring some of the nearby smaller towns.

We enjoyed our stay,, & loved the private backyard & hot tub, corn hole & table for dining. The kitchen is very nice (only concerns there were the gas burners ignites did not light without a lighter, we bought a cutting board & left it, there was a strong mold from dampness under the kitchen sink) enjoyed cooking the open concept kitchen. Decor was lovely! Lovely neighborhood. Lots of closet space. Large bathrooms with deep tubs. The master toilet chain kept getting stuck under the flapper. Parts of fence needs repaired. The wifi buffers 90% of the time. To do any work online, we had to leave. I was happy to be off my device but my partner needed to get work done. Would love to stay again if a few minor repairs are addressed. Overall, enjoyed our stay!

Host was very responsive she even let is check in early which was awesome. House was exactly as described. Would recommend this property. There were some minor hiccups the biggest one was the outside garbage was over full when we arrived on a Thursday, Trash day was Friday but was the 4th so no trash pick up until Saturday so we had no where to put trash for almost 2 days. I recommend getting a 2nd trash can. Also Fire ants were in back patio one of the days so couldn't eat outside. Also TV kept buffering when trying to watch a movie through their internet on TV so frustrated couldn't watch the movie with the family. when we signed into our own Netflix it worked fine but cable buffered a-lot. Nice home comfortable. great for dogs.

The property was exceptionally well-managed and catered to our schedule and requirements. Situated near Town Cottonwood, the neighborhood offered a serene and picturesque setting. The property featured a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking essentials and appliances, meeting every need. Numerous amenities were available, including a TV, internet, games, and even a hot tub, but we regrettably did not have time to use them. Communication from the host was exemplary. Upon arrival, the house was clean, with towels thoughtfully arranged and local products provided for skin and hair care. In summary, an outstanding property that ensured a delightful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clara gave very clear directions and was very communicative. The house was nice, just the right size for us. The hottub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Seems like a family neighborhood, which is exactly our speed! We drove into Sedona just about every day for activities. Cottonwood was a little bit of a drive from there, but you can’t complain about the view on the way in!

We stayed at Clara’s place for the month of January and it was wonderful! We had plenty of space for 4 adults, a busy toddler and 2 dogs. The location was great, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery and restaurants. Sedona is a 20-30 minute drive for some beautiful hiking. The kitchen was well stocked for everything you may need. The private fenced in backyard was a huge bonus during our stay! Lots of afternoon sun which we loved on the colder days. We were very excited to have access to the hot tub, unfortunately the chemicals were too strong for us so we were limited on its use. My husband was working remote so reliable internet was very important for us. The first few days we had a few issues with poor connection. It was enough to stream a movie but that was about it. Clara was responsive to this issue and tried ordering a new modem which we very much appreciated. Unfortunately it still wasn’t a strong enough connection so we ended up needing to purchase Starlink.

Amazing place to stay! Close to Sedona and the Grand Canyon wasn’t that bad of a drive either. Clara was extremely responsive and got an issue with check-in resolved instantly. The house felt cozy and looks exactly like the pictures. Beds were comfortable and I slept like a baby every night! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet - we enjoyed seeing the stars at night and walking around the neighborhood during the sunrise! We will definitely be back the next time we visit Sedona. Sedona is beautiful but navigating through town can be a bit daunting with all the tourists. Staying in Cottonwood was lovely. Plenty of places to eat, coffee shop drive thrus, and all the essentials. We loved staying at this pet friendly house. It was exactly as described probably one of the cleanest houses that I've stayed at. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

We booked for a last minute birthday weekend getaway. Home is close to downtown Cottonwood and a short trip away from Jerome. Loved that we were able to take both our dogs with us. It's all hard floors so if you bring your pets make sure you bring their beds too for sleeping (I was glad we did) The home was very well decorated, had most all the essentials you'd need and even a few snacks in the pantry. The hot tub was relaxing as well. The A/C struggled to stay down during the day by almost 10 degrees (was able to get to temp again in the evenings and was nice and cool for sleeping/early mornings) and there were some bug issues but the owner expressed they'd be getting some one out to take care of both those issues. The master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and hotel style duvet/pillows too. So we both slept good while we were there. Nice bath towels too. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely return and book this home again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay with our two dogs in tow! It was so nice with the doggy door and all the comforts of home. Super clean and stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We had a long term stay for 12 days and found the home to be very accommodating. Everything was exactly as it was pictured and presented. The jacuzzi was a warm welcome after some of our long hikes. Clara was very responsive to any texts I sent. The location was top tier. Everything was within a short drive. We traveled up to Jerome and few times and spent a lot of our time in Sedona. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Clara’s place was cozy and relaxing! The place looks better than pictured and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Clara was very responsive and helpful as well. We brought our dogs and this place was perfect for them. The yard is fully fenced and the main bedroom even has a doggie door, which was extremely convenient! Sometimes hosts can create a lot of rules and charge extra for animals, but we did not experience this with this airbnb, which was refreshing! The location was fantastic as it was about 30 minutes from Sedona and about 7 minutes from main street Cottonwood which has many delicious restaurants! We loved our stay and we will be back in the future!

We had the best Christmas at Cara’s cozy home. All appliances for our home cooked meals and lots of room! We enjoyed our morning walks and drinking coffee in the back patio to enjoy the breath taking views. Did we mention a great jacuzzi for relaxing after exploring the town. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I also thank you for the comfortable stay at your delightful home. Your home is located in such a nice, quiet neighborhood. This was a wonderful place to call home for four days as we explored the area. The location of your home allowed us to go to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon for a day trip and other days to explore the Verde Valley, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Lowell Observatory. This whole area from your home to Sedona and to the Grand Canyon has exceptionally beautiful scenery and great eateries that made our stay complete. We enjoyed the comfort of your home!!! Wonderful! My family and I absolutely loved Clara’s home, it really felt like home for us. It was our first trip coming from Chicago!The view was beautiful and the distance to Sedona was about 25-35 minutes which was perfect for us to spend the evening out there and go hiking. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. We were able to cook on days that we didn’t want to eat out. The backyard was also very nice, my pup Lilo loved it. Very private and quiet area. The hot tub was also super nice now that it does get chillier in Arizona at night!

Clara’s place was just as described and pictured. It was clean and cozy with a large, private backyard and a great, relaxing hot tub. We visited Jerome and Clarkdale and rode the Verde Canyon Railroad, all within a 15 min drive. The beds and linens were high quality and sooo comfortable! I highly recommend Clara’s place for a family or small group as a home base for all the attractions of the Verde Valley!
