The studio was clean and comfortable, Clara was easily reachable if needed. The best restaurant was Bocce and I highly recommend the Bocce Balls and Pizza.

Beautiful Airbnb right in the heart of Cottonwood! Only a few streets over from Old Town with lots of shops and restaurants. Clara was a wonderful host, and the place was exactly as it looked in the pictures. I particularly liked the little outdoor seating area. Highly recommend!

Clean , cute and can walk to old town Cotton wood is like 3 blocks away . My only concern is they should put a gas grill outside in the area that is shared by the other Airbnb on the property. We like to cook in and a grill we could use would have been nice. But overall a very nice place to stay.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! We took full advantage of all the amenities, enjoyed the firepit and walked 5 mins into town to enjoy the breweries and restaurants. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place. Clara was a such a fantastic communicator and meeting Peter and his friendly dog while we were in the backyard was great as well! Clara’s place was perfect for a well needed rest after being on the road for three days. Small, but cozy, it had everything I needed. Very close to the old downtown area of Cottonwood with all the shops and restaurants. Nice kitchen with everything needed. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower, soaps and towels included. Bed was very comfortable, with plug-ins on both nightstands for recharging electronics. TV included subscriptions for HBO Max, and other channels, in which I watched all except the last episode of “Knight of the Seven Kingdoms”. Last episode wasn’t out yet. Great show, by the way. All in all, exceptional service, communication, and experience. I recommend it highly and would stay here again if ever in the area.

Had a wonderful stay at this cute little abode! The property manager Clara was so helpful and responsive along with her assistant Maddie who kindly brought us Nespresso pods bc they were low when we arrived. After a misunderstanding on our end, they worked with us to ensure we could stay in this place for the Thanksgiving holiday with our family. We came up to be close to my mom since she’s a widow now in Camp Verde. It meant the world to us being able to have a beautiful thanksgiving dinner outside in the common area and the weather was perfect. We would definitely stay again and we took care of the studio as if it was our own. Washed the dishes, stripped the bed sheets and bathroom tidy. Thank you again to Clara & the owners!

And curling up on the couch after a long day of hiking was so nice. Being in Cottonwood instead of Sedona wasn’t inconvenient at all. The drive is so short and beautiful. Great host and cute little spot just big enough for two. The location was tucked away behind the main building which caused some slight confusion but also provided good amount of privacy. Interior was renovated and very clean. This was a great get away from Phoenix and we loved the air bnb. Old town Cottonwood was a 5 minute walk and provided some great dining and wineries. One of the neighbors dogs were barking very loudly every morning but not much the host can really do about this. That was the only issue we ran into but manageable. We had a great time and would love to visit again.

We absolutely loved this spot. It's tucked away off of the street in a quiet neighborhood close to Old Town Cottonwood. We had great coffee at Queen Bee Vinyl Cafe and went to an awesome rock show there, too. Merkin Vineyards is a short walk away, and has the most delicious dinner in an elevated environment. We took the short drive to Sedona for the Devil's Bridge hike as well. We love staying in Cottonwood because it is SO much more peaceful and chill than Sedona is. The casita itself was luxurious and beautiful and had everything we needed. It felt so thoughtful and the attention to detail was really appreciated. We are also Airbnb hosts, and felt so appreciative of the extra touches and high quality in choices of decor, colors, textures and also how spotless everything was. Kudos to the people who clearly love this space and share it with the rest of us. Many thanks!

Cozy and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay; the place offers all the essentials. Excellent communication, smooth check-in and convenient parking.Everything was spotless, including the dishes (which is not always guaranteed). The bathroom is somewhat compact, but that was expected. The AC functioned perfectly! We absolutely loved being able to stroll to breakfast or dinner at Merkin. The outdoor area was particularly lovely to relax in during the evenings. Would stay here again.

This little spot was just perfect for exploring Cottonwood. It was just a few blocks away from the "cute" part of town so we were able to basically park the car and not use it again for the weekend. Lots of bars, restaurants and cute stores right around the corner. The space was incredibly clean and comfortable for two people. We had an overall wonderful experience in this cute little home in Old Cottonwood. Everything was super clean, bed was very comfortable, space and water pressure in the shower was perfect. We were walking distance to all the cute shops and restaurants Old Cottonwood had to offer. Sedonuts, Queen B vinyl cafe, pizzeria bocce, Crema, and Merkin vineyard were some of our favorite spots, all within short walking distance from the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt safe walking at night. We appreciated the online guidebook Clara sent and the physical copy in the house which provided recommendations for food/hiking/activities in Cottonwood and other areas in Sedona. Would highly recommend. Made our cute weekend girls trip extra delightful!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy studio in Cottonwood! It was the perfect size for two and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to a super comfy living area. The outside space was awesome for relaxing in the evenings, and the location couldn’t have been better. We walked to great restaurants, shops, and local spots for drinks. It’s also super central—an easy drive to both Sedona and Jerome. We had the most incredible mother-daughter trip here and made memories we’ll never forget. Came up here for a bday getaway and got a ton of fishing in around local spots! We didn’t go out to eat other than Pepe’s Cafe for breakfast, recommend trying it out! Good service and food. The only thing that was a little annoying was the AC unit is in Celsius and we couldn’t figure out how to make it read in Fahrenheit. We did cook all our other meals during the 3 day visit, kitchen was great! Stocked with oil, salt and decent knives and cookware, very basic. The sink took awhile to drain and there’s whole peppercorns in the cabinet but no way to grind them. Would definitely stay again!

We decided on a little Christmas getaway in the Sedona area and came across this listing. It was exactly as pictured: a cute, cozy little place with everything we needed for our two night stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The owners and their dog were so friendly! We ran into them on a walk downtown. The Old Cottonwood downtown area was within walking distance. It was charming during Christmas-time, with the lights and decorations and fires on patios of restaurants + hotels. It looked like there were neat shops and restaurants. The studio apt. itself had a nice bed with very comfortable bedding. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and was nice for cooking dinners. A nice tv and cozy couch were great for streaming movies and we built a fire one night in the backyard. It's a shared backyard + we had it all to ourselves. It felt very private. The fire, the glow of string lights, and stars peeking through the trees made for a great evening. We had such a memorable stay!!

Clara’s place is well laid out, felt cozy and comfortable, has an amazing bed and awesome shower, and is so close to everything in Old Town Cottonwood. I was even able to walk to the Verde Shuttle pick up location at the Cottonwood library (15 minute walk) so that I did not need to drive to Sedona. The property is far enough off of the main road that I did not hear any road noise, which I appreciated. If you are heading to the Cottonwood/Sedona area Clara’s is an excellent option!

Cottonwood is a quaint little town and a great location to visit sites around Sedona, much better than Sedona itself as it became too touristy for our taste. Most of the beautiful sites and hikes are within short, easy and scenic ride, typically 20 min or less. Cottonwood also has better selection of nice restaurants and wine bars with local character than Sedona. Some wine is is grown and produced right there and is surprisingly nice. Our place was nice, clean and comfortable, perfect for quiet and private getaway for 2 people. The communication from the host was clear and proactive. The whole experience was complete and rewarding!

My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate my 30th! We didn’t really spend much time at the airbnb because we were pretty much out on adventures all day, but it was so nice to end our nights back at Clara’s cozy and beautiful studio. This Airbnb is located in such a perfect location! Clara is also very kind enough to provide a booklet with places to go in Cottonwood and Sedona (we went to a couple suggested areas.. Sedonuts and the crystal shop on Main st were my favs). I don’t have anything bad to say about my safe. I’d totally recommend to anyone looking to find a private, cozy, and comfortable place to stay near Sedona.

Me and my boyfriend loved our stay at the studio!! Everything was nice and clean, and we loved the booklet that had restaurant recommendations and things to do. The only thing that was frustrating was that the TV did not work. It seemed to have been stuck on a loop of trying to “sign out of guest mode”, and we were unable to use it. Besides that, no complaints and would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful time walking down to the downtown area! Had an amazing pizza! The host recommended Bocca she wasn’t wrong it was amazing! My daughter was able to ride her scooter the couple blocks to down town, my husband and I walked beside her! Very close to many attractions! 10 out of 10!

Great location! Easy walking to old downtown. Enjoyed jogging the Jail Trail, easy drive to Sedona to mountain bike and hike, great landing spot, and most of all, the owners are great! Enjoyed a dinner with them in the shared space. You won’t regret this booking!

This airbnb was perfect for 2 people -- had everything we needed (cozy bed, couch, TV, kitchen) and an outdoor patio that we were surprised to get access to. The location was about a 30 minute drive from the main trails and West Sedona but easy enough to get to. Cottonwood was a good break from the touristy spot that is West Sedona. The owners live right next door and are very friendly people (with great recommendations) with the cutest dog. Clara was also very responsive and accommodating. Overall, great great stay and would definitely come back!

She and Peter were lovely hosts and made welcome suggestions for restaurants and nearby venues to visit during our stay. My husband and I loved our stay in Cottonwood. It was a very close commute to all the hiking areas we wanted to go to in Sedona (~30 minutes). Clara was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat, hike, etc. The space itself looked exactly like the photos-very rustic & boho! The amenities offered (such as the shared backyard fireplace) were so peaceful & private. The neighbors next door (Peter & Nikki and pup Nala) were very friendly & nice. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely book again! ☺️

Overall very good. Just a few small issues: heating unit didn't heat very well, shower could be a little warmer, bathroom was on small side, and toaster was small. I'd still give above average rating around 4.4

We loved our stay! We stopped in the area for a few nights on our way back from Page, AZ and couldnt ask for a better spot. The location was quiet yet walkable to nearby restaurants. We preferred the quaint feel of Cottonwood over nearby Sedona which had a more crowded feel. We were close enough to nearby hiking trails and parks that made our stay the perfect jumping off point for a few short adventures. Clara was very responsive and great with communicating throughout the whole process - made the whole thing stress free for us. Thank you!

This is a lovely one-room rental - exactly as pictured and described. Every convenience thought of and easy to find, with parking! Old-town Cottonwood shops/restaurants very walkable, and close to Clarksdale and Jerome as well. I would definitely recommend this and stay here again.

This casita is small, might be tight for two people. The unit is attractive with knotty pine cathedral ceiling and creative touches. High quality linens. It was very well equipped, and supplied for my needs. I usually cook all my meals and so I was delighted to find plenty of pots and pans and utensils. It's location near Old Town was very convenient. The layout is nice because there's a huge marble countertop that is so very useful in such a small space. Something that I hadn't watched out for is that it didn't have very much natural light - only 3 small windows. I've made a note to myself for future travels, to check about that before booking.

Perfect cottage get-away for a couple with all that is needed for a weekend or longer stay, including a complete kitchen, super quiet neighborhood, walkable to quaint shops and superb restaurants in historic downtown, easy access to Sedona, Montezuma’s Castle & Jerome and beyond. MUCH friendlier and more comfortable than higher traffic very nearby tourist areas. Host(s) are gracious, polite, communicative, accommodating, wonderful!

The place is perfect size for 2 adults. The location is great as it is walkable to downtown. Parking is off street. There is normal neighborhood noise. It is clean and has the necessities for a weekend stay. We didn't cook so cannot comment of kitchenware.
