The Airbnb was even more beautiful than the pictures. We had a fantastic time. Everything was pristine the beautiful. The red rock that you could see from the backyard was worth it alone. The beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were picturesque! Clara was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. In fact, we talked about it while we were there because we didn’t want to leave. If you’re considering I would just do it it’s worth it.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The views were absolutely stunning — we found ourselves just sitting and soaking them in every morning and evening. It truly made the whole experience feel special. The home was very well equipped with plenty of amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare meals comfortably. It made traveling as a family so much easier. There was also lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax, which we really appreciated. It never felt crowded, and we could all enjoy downtime in our own way. The location was another highlight, with easy access to numerous hiking trails right nearby. It was the perfect balance of comfort and outdoor adventure. This home ticks ALL the boxes. It accommodated six women for our five day stay perfectly!! The home was pristine with recent modern updates (even a soaking tub in one of the bathrooms). It included plenty of comfortable beds, three full baths, and a kitchen FULLY equipped for cooking any meal and serving large groups. The property backed up to the national forest which made it serene and private. The views were amazing, no matter if you were gathered around the outside gas fire pit, sitting in the hot tub, or relaxing on the patio, pool side. The location was ideal and allowed us to access trails, shopping and restaurants easily. And the host was amazing--responding almost immediately to any questions we had before arriving and during our stay. I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed this property, the beauty of it, and all the amenities it provided. I highly recommend it!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Sedona. When my friends and I walked in, our jaws were on the floor with just how beautiful the home is. When I say there is plenty of common space, there definitely is! We especially loved the sun room in the mornings. The hot tub was fabulous with such a beautiful backdrop to enjoy. Every bedroom and bathroom was extremely clean and had everything we may need. Lastly, the host of this property was so kind and responsive. We did not really need anything but I feel confident that our needs would've been met promptly if I did have to reach out. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!!! We were a party of 8 visiting Sedona for my daughter’s elopement. The house was perfect! Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of space to lounge if needed. It’s close to hiking, shopping and restaurants. The Broken Arrow trail is in walking distance and has amazing views. We would definitely stay here again. Clara was super helpful with recommendations on a local florist and bakery. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Clara had very clear pre-arrival instructions, and communication was very smooth, so we had no trouble accessing the house. The house was very spacious, clean, and had an open floor plan, so we could relax and enjoy our time with three friends visiting from Japan any gathering area—the kitchen, living room, den, poolside, and jacuzzi. It's also very convenient, being just 10-15 minutes from the Cathedral, Airport Mesa, and town. We'll definitely be back.

Exceptional!! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and most of the time, you’re underwhelmed or unpleasantly surprised it seems different than expected. Not this home!! Clara’s place in Sedona made for a wonderful summer vacation. The house and yard feel private with the way it backs up to Forest service land and the neighborhood is very quiet. The view from the sunroom and pool area is beautiful. We loved the sun room and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you’d expect and more. The gas grill worked nice for grilling steaks and veggies one night. Then the Sedona area had a lot to do and made for great memories.

This was probably our favorite place we’ve ever stayed anywhere! I’ll start by saying the host was VERY responsive and friendly! The house was exactly what we wanted and very peaceful and quiet. A lot of privacy in the backyard and the house was very spacious. All of the bedrooms were very large with all the beds VERY comfortable. This def is a hidden gem and one of the best newer properties in Sedona! The walk to the trails was literally a few houses away and very accessible by foot. We saw tons of wildlife when we were outside too! This will be our go to house every time we visit moving forward!

Our family of five (three young adult children) stayed here for almost a week. We loved how close it was to the Broken Arrow trailhead (which connects to several other trails). We hiked from the house on our first and last days — everyone’s favorite. It was only a short drive from uptown and other popular trailheads. All beds were super comfy. Enough space for everyone to spread out without feeling disconnected. The weather was a little chilly at first, so we used the hot tub more than the pool. The hot tub is shaded in the afternoon which was nice on the warmer days. All of us cooked dinner together one night and the kitchen flowed well. We loved this house - it is gorgeous with gorgeous views and a lovely indoor and outdoor set up. It was 2 families with a total of 4 children (14, 12, 12, 12) and everyone had room to spread out and plenty of areas to be together. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are really nice, and kitchen is well stocked. The outside has lovely views and a nice pool / hot tub / outdoor eating area. The pool is not heated (it was very cold in April). The only thing missing is some lounge chairs for outside relaxing by the pool. The property manager was very repsonsive to our minor issues. There is also amazing hiking less than 1/2 mile from the house.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a girls trip and highly enjoyed our stay. The house has clearly been completely remodeled and was beautifully and functionally decorated. Some minor issues with the keypad at entry and blowing a fuse using the coffee maker and toaster at the same time (?) - but the host was extremely responsive and our issues were resolved quickly. Overall this is an excellent property at the foot of some Sedona’s most magnificent hiking trails. Highly recommend.

My family and I just spent an amazing Thanksgiving week here, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Everything in the house is just as noted in the description, and we were able to enjoy all the lovely amenities that the house had to offer. One of the things we enjoyed the most was waking up, enjoying the Arizona room and watching the light reflecting off the red rocks surrounding us, and sunset was even more spectacular! HIGHLY recommend this place with close friends or family.

This home is stunning!!! We visited Sedona for a girls' weekend and we were all so delighted about the cozy and beautifully decorated spaces. The beds are SO comfortable and the kitchen so well stocked. There are thoughtful touches everywhere, like towels to use after a wonderful soak in the hot tub, everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, and extra blankets for lounging after a wonderful hike! The neighborhood has GREAT trails right down the street. Those hikes were our favorites, even compared to the most popular!! Clara was so friendly and responsive. We would definitely rent this house again and recommend it! If we could pick up the house and move it to Texas, we would do that too!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

We just returned from a 5-night stay in your lovely home. Everything was fantastic We could not think of anything missing or less than stellar. The decor was beautiful and very calm and cozy. The kitchen fully stocked with appliances and coffee, dishware, flatware etc. We could have stayed in the house and gone nowhere abs been happy. The bedrooms were comfy. Pool delightful Views were from a magazine and the location was great. Everything in town was a ten minute drive at most. Clara’s house is one of those places you just need to see with your own eyes. Each detail was carefully thought out. There was nothing we wanted for. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. And the views! Oh, those views. This is one of the best Airbnb stays we have experienced. If you are considering this house, don’t hesitate. Our group consisted of 3 couples, but I think it would be great for families too.

Location: perfectly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to high action areas (3 to 10 minutes away) Pool: clean and maintained. Temperature was great in 95 degree heat and all the furniture and umbrellas make it comfortable for all people. Kitchen: Large island and dinner table makes sharing the kitchen easy. Had all the essentials, we were not short on any tools. Living space: well decorated and so much space including multiple large chairs. TV is like a movie screen and great for family movies. Additional rooms: Laundry has up to date washer/dryer. Basement has fridge, lots of space, and ping pong. Sun room has a perfect nook for reading or relaxing away from the pool. Bathrooms: perfect for 3 groups of people. Master is big and has an amazing shower. Bedrooms: Very comfortable beds with plenty of closet space and hangers. Rooms were also spacious, allowing you to be comfortable walking around the room. We highly recommend this home and would stay again!

The house was very clean, beds and furniture were comfortable, and there were helpful instructions throughout the house for appliances, etc. We were disappointed to find out the fireplace is not functional but other than that, everything about this rental met or exceeded our expectations. We loved the location and the proximity to a great trailhead. Clara was a responsive and helpful host. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We traveled with 8 adults and had the best time. The house is perfect! It has literally everything you could need. Better then the pictures if that's possible! Location is awesome. Literally a few houses from the entrance to Broken Arrow Trail. Easy quick drive to restaurants and downtown. Don't hesitate to book this house!

Super clean house in pristine location in Sedona with an amazing view of red rock. The house looks exactly like the picture in the Airbnb. Fully remodeled house, squeaky clean up and down. Everyone was super happy with this house. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Sedona.

As long as a few issues are addressed (see below) I would highly recommend this property. We had a great stay. The home is newly remodeled, new interior and furnishings, awesome bathrooms, comfy beds, spacious high ceilings, great kitchen. We loved the quiet neighborhood, close trail access, central location. Just a really nice place to stay for our family of 4 (it can hold a lot more than that!). We had issues with the dryer (I'm sure that'll be fixed), pool was pretty cold (we had cold nights in Oct and the solar heating was not enough to keep the pool comfortably heated), and the pool pump noise outside the master bedroom wall was too loud for us to sleep - we moved to another room and all was good.) We were still really happy with our stay. I left feedback for the manager. They seemed very responsive. I'm happy giving 5 stars but I'd ask to make the issues are resolved.

Clara’s place is AMAZING! Great location close to town, many trails, restaurants, etc but on a very quiet street with beautiful views. The home is beautiful with a great layout and she thought of everything to make it a wonderful stay. We had a mix of kids and adults and it was great for all. Definitely book!

We were a party of 7 and traveled to Sedona for a girls getaway to celebrate a 50th birthday. We found this home to be very clean and welcoming- we enjoyed every space! It was so well appointed with little to no details left behind. We cooked a few meals at home, finding the kitchen fully equipped and also enjoyable to work in as a group with the large island and open floor plan. We brought in a Yoga Instructor and enjoyed poolside yoga and the Broken Arrow trail was beautiful- right outside your door. Thank you Clara, we hope to come back soon!

It would be hard to overstate how perfect this place is. It's ideally located with wonderful views, close to town, trails, and sights, but quiet and very private. The house is incredibly comfortable, the property lovely, the pool and hot tub were wonderful after long days out on the trails. Rent this house—you won’t regret it.

WOW! The BEST VRBO we have every stayed at!! 5+ stars for this spectacular home! Trust me -this is not your average rental. It is immaculately clean & EVERYTHING is BRAND NEW, professionally decorated w/ high end EVERYTHING! The furnishings, decor, and location are A+++. We enjoyed every minute at this private but centrally located newly renovated home in one of the best locations in Sedona. The home’s backdrop is the nat’l forest & a huge red rock that you can enjoy from the private large aqua blue pool, new hot tub, and/or serenely zen landscaped backyard! We loved the privacy- mornings & evenings were spent sipping coffee and wine in backyard or side patio while taking in the unparalleled views of the red rocks! Another big + is that the home is located a few minutes walking distance from Broken Arrow Trail (one of the best trails in Sedona) so our group could head in different directions wo needing a vehicle! We can’t say enough about the magical, zen and serene surroundings… No detail has been overlooked-there is everything your group could possibly want from yoga mats, a 85” screen TV, outdoor grill, family games, large pool, hot tub, ping pong table, comfy beds, on and on… Think Pottery Barn/RH/Arhaus. The home is spotless & tastefully designed… It’s a newly listed home but I predict as people discover this gem, it will get booked quickly so if you have the opportunity to experience Sedona at this magnificent oasis - like we did - we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you TAKE IT!

Everything was perfect start to finish! We loved everything about this place!! Especially how comfortable it was and the attention to detail on the interior finishes. The pool and hot tub are definitely high lights of this beautiful property not to mention Clara our host was incredibly attentive and helpful. This place was awesome. Our family loved it. The pool and the spa were super fun. Super close to downtown Sedona and all of its activities. We rode a helicopter! Wow it was just something else. Highly recommended.
