Great location. Close drive to pink jeep tours, many hikes and restaurants. We had 7 girls and it was extremely spacious. The house was nicely stocked. Lots of things to do at the house if you want to use them.

Immaculate stay with one large family vacation - three children, one teen, six adults, and two seniors - and there was plenty of space. Even more important is how much there was to do. Between pool, ping pong, hot tub, watching movies, and going for walk we wished our stay could have been much much longer. Absolutely worth the price and made for a forever memory with the family. Dont hesitate to book if you can!

Clara was an amazing host! We had 10 friends together for a girls weekend and this air bnb made our stay so comfortable and luxurious. Clara was an excellent communicator and helped us heat up the hot tub remotely. The views from this home were absolutely stunning. We had a chef come and make us dinner and the space was perfectly set up to accommodate the chef so we didn’t feel like we were in each others space. The only suggestion I have is to not opt to heat the pool in the winter months. It’s incredibly expensive and the water is no where near anything we would describe as warm. The hot tub was lovely though and the views were like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Everything felt very clean! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, or at any of Clara’s other properties. Thank you for bringing a Marriott girlie back to the Airbnb side!

Fantastic home! We had 4 couples and had more than enough room. Very high quality and perfect location for exploring Sedona! Very quiet location with incredible views! We ran out of propane for the fire ring on the deck and it was replenished the next morning. The kitchen was huge and very well stocked with dishes, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Sedona! We had three families with kids ranging ages 4-11. The views were incredible and could enjoy a breathtaking breakfast in the deck each morning. The rooms are spacious and lots of storage solutions. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location to town and hikes was fantastic and we cannot wait to visit again!

Truly a palatial home that somehow exceeds the expectations set by the incredible photos. Private and quiet, so perfect for my family. Larger families or groups will find plenty of space together and across many seating and lounging areas. Furnished comfortably in every room, sitting area, and outdoor space. Great kitchen to cook and entertain in. Quick 3 minute drive to the center of town yet a world apart. Sunset views of the mesas are epic from every window and deck. Large garage, great performing HVAC, everything labeled really well. Host super responsive and helpful throughout. Wide stairs easy for those more mobility challenged as well. A+++ would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to. Felt we barely scratched the surface of Sedona in 3 days.

Honestly, the photos don't do this house justice. They look great, but the house and views here are even more spectacular. The rooms are spacious, the ameneties are extensive, and the communication was great. We had such a great time playing all the games that were available and having big dinners around the tables indoors and out with family and friends. Hopping in the pool or hot tub. Taking a steam in the sauna. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is spectacular. It was perfect for our group of 10. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is more beautiful and spacious in person. The pool/hot tub/etc. are great amenities and the location is very central to Sedona restaurants, pink jeep tours, and hiking. If we ever come back to Sedona with a big group, we will try to stay here again.

Amazing house. If you're coming to Sedona, it's all about the scenery, and the views from the windows and decks are postcard-worthy. That's the major headline. The view is everything, and this house has it.Perfect location right between the uptown area and the West Sedona area. Anything in town we wanted to do was a 5 minute drive away.The house is beautiful too. Design-wise it feels special. Like it was thoughtfully made to incorporate the vibes of the area and isn't just a cookie cutter house. Everything is spotless and beautifully maintained. And there were so many towels! There were 9 of us for 5 nights and we never had to do a load of laundry.The amenities are terrific. The pool table was fun, and the air hockey was a particular treat for my kids.The host is phenomenal. Lighting quick responses, and she really tried her hardest to make sure our stay was great. The pool heater was broken for most of our stay, which was a bummer, but she tried SO hard to fix it, and without us having to ask she offered us a discount on the stay that we felt was very fair.I can't imagine a better place to stay in Sedona.

We truly enjoyed this fabulous property. It’s bigger than pictures can show and the views much more spectacular. The house was well stocked and labeled and the kitchen had every item we could possibly need. We enjoyed listening to the coyote families around dusk. The pool was fantastic and we appreciated the large screen tv at night with the kids. The balconies are spacious with lots of seating for all. The mosquitoes are pretty bad this time of year so be sure to bring spray. We loved the location being so close to restaurants and shops. The best pizza was Sedona pizza company.

Its location is close to shopping, restaurants, points not interest, etc. Communication was great when needed, and the house was well stocked for our large group.

A truly amazing home - we had a wonderful family vacation. We had 9 adults and the home is so spacious with lots of room for everyone. We loved that there were two large outdoor decks and we enjoyed all that the house offered! And the kitchen is one of the most well stocked kitchen's we have ever experienced in a rental. It was very easy communicating with the owner. Highly recommend this beautiful home!!!

We are still in aw over our stay at 841 Palisades Dr N in Sedona hosted by Premier Properties. This home is one of the most beautiful, well equipped and nestled in some of the most beautiful scenery I have had the pleasure to experience. This property was as advertised and more! We had a group of 13 women out to Sedona for my 40th birthday. We each had plenty of space and comfy beds, and could not get enough of the views! Clara was very efficient in responding to any questions we had. The house was fully stocked for what we needed to cook multiple meals, and plenty spacious for us all to eat together outside. The hot tub was easy to work and felt great at the end of the day. The house was in a great location, short distances to anywhere we wanted to go. The driveway easily fit 4 cars. could not have thought of a more perfect space to celebrate my 40th, would highly recommend!

We chose this listing to host the immediate family of the groom for my brother’s wedding. Additionally, we celebrated my father’s 80th birthday with a Sunday family dinner after the wedding events. The home provided us with everything we needed (and more) to make long lasting memories. I highly recommend this listing for a wholesome family trip. Living in different pockets of the country, we have not seen each other in way too long. However, being there under that roof made it feel like home (on a significantly grander scale of course). We were able to easily get around town for the various wedding events, we made it to the shops with ease, we even got to hiking and swimming in the wilderness. Great location that is close to everything but still seems secluded. Clara, the host, was extraordinarily responsive for what little questions we had. We were in great hands booking our stay with her. Cannot say enough good things about our stay there!

This property is beautifully appointed. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. We spent hours every morning and evening on the deck viewing the red rocks show off their ever changing colors. Kitchen was big enough for 7 women! LolThe house is close to town which made making dinner reservations on time a bonus. We all agreed we would stay there again.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away. The home is impeccably decorated—truly my dream house! Every single detail has been thought through, from the luxurious amenities to the cozy gathering spaces that invite connection and conversation. It somehow manages to feel both elegant and warm, which made it perfect for our family (parents and adult children with spouses) to spread out and just be together. The views? Absolutely breathtaking. We woke up to sweeping red rock vistas and ended each evening watching the sunset paint the sky in colors you can’t quite describe—only feel. This home gave us the space to relax, cook amazing meals, share stories, laugh, and reflect on a beautiful life. We can’t wait to come back.

Me and my 4 girlfriends decided to take a few days off to hike in Sedona. Roca Vista was exactly what we were looking for.... the property is near so many places we never had to drive very far. Shopping, hiking and dinner were fabulous! The house is so well maintained and comfortable. All 5 of us has a wonderful time (the hot tub is a huge plus) albeit bad weather. Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and the view is out of this world! The kitchen is well stocked. It was pretty much perfect. We had a group of 5 couples. Just know, only 2 of the 5 bathrooms were ensuite, but each couple had a bathroom for themselves. Be sure to read the welcome instructions regarding the downstairs door alarm to the pool area.We all agreed, we would definitely stay again!

The house is pretty close to town (10 minutes by car from most places, though at times the traffic congestion in Sedona could stretch that to 30 minutes for some places) and was well stocked with staples such as pots and pans in the kitchen (though we did not cook), towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All the appliances and fixtures worked well. The manager was helpful and responsive, but we didn't really have any special requests while we were there. The house accommodated our party of nine comfortably, though the bathroom space for some of the guests was a little crowded - there are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a large master bath and a powder room, and the bathroom in the 2d master downstairs is very small. We were there at the end of December, and the heated hot tub worked well (we did not ask that the pool heater be turned on). The house is expensive, at least in December, but we knew that when we signed up. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay at the house.

We had a relaxing beautiful few days at Clara’s place. Super clean. The views are unmatched. Bedroom and bathroom layouts worked perfectly for our big family group with kids and grandparents alike. Kids loved the downstairs area and adults loved sitting by the fireplace upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family meals. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again next year.

Magnificent home nestled in the heart of Sedona. I would like to note that the fireplace in the main living area did not turn on after the fire night and a light bulb went out in the master bedroom, above the bed. We had an incredible stay at Clara’s Airbnb in Sedona! The home was spacious and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The jacuzzi under the midnight sky was a highlight—absolutely breathtaking. The house is situated in a great community, conveniently located near Whole Foods and other shops, yet it maintains a peaceful atmosphere with mesmerizing views that truly enhance the stay. We selected this house because it fit our family, ten adults and four children, ages 12 months to eight years.
