We were in Sedona for our son’s wedding. Sedona is beautiful. This home and host made our stay exponentially better. Clara was amazing to work with and an excellent communicator and made the process so easy. Her home was phenomenal and we were in awe when we walked in the door. So much more than we could have imagined. Pictures do not do it justice. The surrounding and view of the mountains from inside the house and from the observation deck were stunning. We did a lot of running and was very busy with the wedding but the peaceful neighborhood and wonderful home gave us resting place that felt like home. For me, sitting in the morning on the couch, drinking coffee, and looking at the mountains through the panoramic windows was the most peaceful part of my trip. Thank you Clara for such a beautiful place to stay and for making the check in and check out process so easy. I would recommend this home and host to anyone and everyone. If ever back in Sedona this will be the place for our fam

This was a group of six on our annual Mothers & Daughters getaway, and Clara’s place was perfect for us. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the rooftop, the hot tub in the evenings, and our private bedrooms at night! The house was very clean, neat, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect and close to anything we needed or wanted to do. I absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in Sedona! Clara is an A+ host!

We had the best stay here and genuinely didn’t want to leave! The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It made our trip even more special. Clara’s home was the perfect setting for our trip! Excellent views! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We love to cook, have food sensitivities and were able to prepare whatever we wanted on the grill or in the kitchen. We were also able to do laundry and did not need to overpack. The location was great! It is near Whole Foods, shopping and beautiful hiking trails. We hiked everyday and each trail was unique! A couple of the trails also happen to be in vortexes. It was an incredible trip and Clara’s home made it extremely comfortable for us. My eldest son was able to work remotely in the mornings as he had his own room/office. My daughter had her own room. My 2 youngest sons had to share. My youngest son was okay with that once he saw the mini bar and patio exit in their room. Our master suite was large and luxurious. I took a bath every night after our hikes while my sons/chefs prepared dinner. I highly recommend Clara’s home if you are heading to Sedona!

Really great location in Sedona. Walkable to Sugarloaf Trailhead, including Coffee Pot and Keyhole Cave. Close to several grocery stores. Saw a lot of javalinas in the mornings! REALLY spacious, comfortable beds. We stargazed on the rooftop and from the hot tub. Neighbors are close by but still felt private.

We stayed in the home with a total of 4 adults and 4 kids under 7 years old at it was great. The hot tub was a big hit. Everything was very clean. We had a little trouble with the dish washer and the TV in the Primary bedroom don’t work, but the host is very responsive, so I feel confident they will get it taken care of. The water dispenser is painfully slow so we just used the tap. The backyard has a low fence so you can see neighbors going in and out of their homes, but that didn’t bother us. We saw a group of javelinas walking through the neighborhood and that was fun for everyone to see - even two babies! The rooftop was a perfect place to see the stars. Neighborhood was quiet. They have two restaurant-style high chairs, a pack-n-play and even some games for kids. We would stay again!

Beautiful house with gorgeous views. Close proximity to hiking trails and the rooftop terrace were the main highlights- we loved the rooftop at sunset and nighttime star gazing!! We had a wonderful time with our 30-year college reunion of 7 ladies. Hot-tub was an extra bonus and kitchen/living room space was perfect! This is a great house!!!

Not only did we love Sedona we adored this house. We used the grill, the hot tub and rooftop and the location was wonderful. We loved walking to the trail heads and the view from the house was like a postcard. We enjoyed the kitchen and the huge tv and electric fireplace. Easily one of nicest homes we’ve stayed in on vacation. Everything was well stocked and super comfortable. Highly recommend.

We stayed here because of an event we were having in Sedona. This place is stunning and very clean. We loved that we could walk to so many hiking trails! The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is stunning. The beds were comfortable and we were so glad that you had extra blankets too! We actually saw javelinas around the house and it was cool to see, but we made sure to stay back.

Our family trip with 6 adults and 2 kids had a great stay—beautiful property, especially the living room, rooftop, and in-law suite. The host was very kind and responsive. We experienced a few issues with the front door code, malfunctioning kitchen appliances and lighting fixtures, and WiFi access that we needed the owner's help with. Note, wild pigs (javelinas) live in the area and visit the property periodically, so guests should secure outdoor gates and not leave ANYTHING outside that they may find interesting.

This was such a wonderful stay! We had a group of 11 including 5 children and a dog. Everything was an easy drive or walk. The family loved that we were only a 5 minute walk to amazing trails. The views from the house were spectacular. The house was well equipped and perfect for our group. I don't think there was anything that we felt was missing. The house was as described, beautifully decorated, clean and well kept and equipped. Quiet neighborhood but sooo close to everything that we needed or could have wanted. Our host was easy to reach if we had any questions and information about the area and the house were available in the printed material available at the house. We will definitely try to book the house again for our next visit in the future.

Clara's place is perfect for our group of friends. The location is ideal as it is close to many trails, restaurants and local shops, as well as other amenities (e.g. grocery stores, cafes). What a beautiful home! It’s even more than the pictures show. The Red Rock views were magnificent, they could be viewed looking out the windows, rooftop patio, hot tub and on a peaceful walk.. the location was perfect. The beautiful kitchen was equipped with every small appliance. We all agreed the beds were extremely comfortable. One night we decided to stay in and enjoy the homes amenities, instead of going out for dinner. The home included information on activities, restaurants and more. Clara, was very responsive and pleasant. We will definitely be staying there again.

Fantastic home for families or groups! We had a great time here and all 6 guests ( 3 groups of 2) were very comfortable and having 3 full baths was great. Everyone enjoyed the rooftop area and the large living room to chat and play some card/board games in the evening. We even saw a bunch of Javelina walk right by the large windows on our first morning! Overall fantastic home and location. Overall, the place is 10/10! Highly recommended!!! This stay was our second time with Clara. Both times, she was very responsive and cery friendly to all of my questions. I especially appreciated how she responded to me right away, even at night!!! Great location where we were very close to everything we needed: grocery stores, great restaurants, pharmacy, gas station, and uptown experiences. We appreciated her little binder which contained lots of recommendations around the area including fun activities for all ages. This place was great! Full disclosure, just my wife, 15 month old son, and I stayed there. Place was huge and fit lots of people if needed. Clean. Open. Comfy. Great views. Everything you can need. We needed a pack n play for my son and they had it along with a few high chair options which was awesome. Games too. All the amenities. Close to pretty much everything (quick drive) but felt more secluded. One house looks into living room which was only downside about this place. They do have automatic curtains/shades to create more privacy but one was not working that looked right into the living room so privacy in living room for us was non existent as there was a full house next door. We message the owner and didn’t get a response however this was not a huge issue for us but would have been everything we could have asked for if that one curtain would have worked. Overall fantastic home with plenty room and sleeping and everything need there but close to attentions. Highly recommend!

We arrived to a nice quiet secluded property in West Sedona with ample parking space. Upon opening the door, the huge living space greeted us. Everything was so clean and organized! There was plenty of room for our group! Everything was needed was included. The roof top sitting area was a huge hit! We were able to view the full moon at night and stargaze. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you so much!! 5 stars!!!!

We had an incredible experience staying at this property and it was exactly as described. Our host answered e-mails/calls immediately and the instructions for check-in and out were precise and very easy to follow. The home was clean and well appointed and I can't think of anything they missed. The open floor plan made it great for our family to enjoy meals, games, and entertainment and the 10' ceilings made it feel like a true Great Room. I needed to get some work done and the Wi-Fi was easy to get on and worked flawlessly. The rooftop is amazing and what a great view of the Red Rocks and surrounding areas. We spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the view and just relaxing up there. The neighborhood is quiet but very accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, and any of the activities you would like to do during your stay. We enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood and it was only an 8 minute walk to the Sugarloaf trail. It was a quick 10min drive to watch the Sunrise or Sunset from Airport Dr. Our family had an incredible time and this is the best home we have stayed at so far and hope we can get a reservation here again!

The house, views, and location were amazing. Probably better than the listing and the pictures suggested. However We booked the house with the hot tub being a selling point vs other listings. The hot tub water turned green and cloudy a little over half-way through our 10 day stay. I contacted the property manager and it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. So be aware that if you are relying on the hot tub to relax and recuperate after hiking, it may not be usable.

House was clean, spacious, new and full of amenities! Location was great for access to restaurants, stores, hiking trails. This was a perfect spot to take our extended family for vacation with ample bedrooms/bathrooms.

We did a long weekend stay here and it was amazing. The house is spacious and things were very easy to find. The hiking trails to Seven Pools and Devil’s Bridge are also within walking distance. Views from the rooftop were incredible. Will definitely be back here!

Clara and the property were absolutely amazing. I spoke with her over the phone and she addressed every need for me and my large group. I really appreciated how clean everything was and how well the description matched the wonderful home. The hot tub was great and the view was incredible.

We have been utilizing vacation rentals for many years for our family gatherings. This Sedona property was excellent for eight adults and two adult dogs. We loved the large open kitchen, dining room, and family room. It allowed us all to be together while cooking and eating. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen since we normally do all our meals at the rental when on vacation. The neighborhood was quiet, safe. It is conveniently located to grocery store and downtown Sedona and even had a trailhead within walking distance, Sugarloaf trailhead (great for sunset views). Roof top deck was another great spot to watch the sunset. We enjoyed the hot tub. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and the property exceeded our expectations.

A sprawling ranch tucked close to the mountains, more than enough room for 3 generations to spread out. Clara kindly had a Christmas tree and holiday decor out to make her home more festive. We loved the easy access to hikes, the nearby stupa, grocery, and the incredible view. Thank you for sharing such an incredible home!

Clara’s place was just as pictured but even better. Check in was easy and quick. The house was very clean and organized, equipped with everything you could need from the kitchen to the bathrooms.The beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets for the cold season! Our expectations were exceeded. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

This is a lovely home in a beautiful location. The mountain views are spectacular, and there is easy access to downtown and to the many hiking trails in the area. The home is very open, spacious, nicely furnished and clean. It was higher priced than other places we've stayed but was brand new and classy yet comfortable.

This home was perfect for our family trip. We had three families and everyone felt so comfortable. Everything we needed was available in the home. The views all around were breathtaking and we just wanted to have the living room windows up all day to see the view. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The house was fantastic and the views were even better. The house was stocked with everything for an enjoyable family gathering. So much better than everyone staying in a hotel and spending too much on a restaurant.

Great location with stunning views of the local scenery. The property was spotless and well stocked with everything we could ever need (plenty of kitchen appliances, games, hot tub, towels and linen etc.). Thoroughly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Sedona to accommodate a large group

We had a wonderful time at 145 Grasshopper! There were eight adults in our group and there was plenty of room for all. Hiking is literally two blocks away and the red rock views are amazing. The home is new and very clean. An extra bonus is a work station in each bedroom. Since some of us had to work for a few hours, it was super helpful! We would absolutely book this home again!

We love staying in West Sedona. The views are incredible and this particular area is quiet and has incredible views. The house was very well stocked with almost everything you could need for a stay. The kitchen had many small appliance options so you could definitely cook a wide variety of food instead of eating out. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived and the listing was exactly as described. The only thing we found missing were more personal touches, better games/puzzles for nighttime activities, but we highly recommend this place. Perfect for a family or group traveling.

The home was very comfortable with a spacious floor plan. The location was excellent for getting around Sedona. I appreciated that the home had 2 back-up propane tanks for the grill. Overall, we would stay here again next time in Sedona.

Quaint place, close to midtown, markets, restaurants. New built house with nice decor, hot water tub, welstocked towels & linen, and outstanding patio to stargraze....exactly as described. It was a great stay for 2 nights.
