The location of this house is great. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, still close to all the restaurants, grocery, and all the major trails around Sedona. We were the first guests staying in this house and had a great experience. The house was clean, and the kitchen was stocked up. All the linens - towels and bedsheets were clean and fresh. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, which are comfortable. There is an extension bedroom with a queen size bed. The backyard was clean, and the hot tub was ready to go. We used the hot tub every day; it was a nice way to relax after all day of hiking. The pool was also clean and good size; however, the weather was not permitting, so we didn't use it. Clara and Lisa were easy to communicate with and responsive even on Thanksgiving day (when we checked in). Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this house if you are planning your Sedona trip with family or friends.
