It fit the bill of what I needed, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Pros: location, reliable WiFi for remote work, great hair dryer, effective heating/air units, laundry Cons: consistent smell, shower that leaks and has terrible water pressure, seriously uncomfortable bed, nothing done about nightclub level of noise at 12:30 AM on a Sunday night in the upstairs unit

Great apartment close to everything we wanted to see in Sedona. Host responded very quickly and was very helpful! Beautiful area, and the apartment was walking distance to a park that ended up being one of our favorite morning walk/hangout spots. Would stay here again!

Loved the stay here during my trip to Sedona. Perfect amenities, super clean place and Clara is super responsive. Just near coffee pot mountain. Loved staying there and ample space to park a car on a private cul-de-sac. Quiet and peaceful area which is walkable to the main road. Highly recommend anyone to book this place when you’re visiting Sedona!

The small apartment was very clean and well out together. Communication with Clara was clear and quick, she checked in before, during, and after the stay. Laundry and shower worked great. I didn't eat in the home but there were plenty of plates, bowls, cups, silverware for eating in. Would stay again!

I booked this stay for my wife to enjoy a weekend of solitude and hiking. It worked out perfectly. It's close to town and all of the parking for the trail shuttles, and it's a nice, quiet place to get some rest.

Cute little apartment, which is all you need. It is exactly like the pictures and a steal for being one of the cheaper air bnb’s around the area! The location is great, quiet neighborhood right near Soldier Pass trailhead and some good restaurants. So easy to get to other areas of Sedona and the tourist attractions as well. Also, great to have washer and dryer and could barely notice the people above us.

Even without a stove I was able to cook each night on the electric single burner provided (and the microwave)! Fridge was decent size too. A few helpful condiments were provided as well:); greatly Appreciated! Equally wonderful was the location--so close to Sugarloaf TH and its various trails (we walked from the studio each time) and Possy Park too, as well as being very close to grocery stores, Yoga, etc. I also gravel-biked right from the place too:)). It was just right for me. I could hear footsteps from the place above in the mornings, perhaps the only drawback, yet never any voices. Only two things Id wished for was a box of kleenex and an ice tray for the freezer. Any cleaning person who came to the other two units was friendly:). Amazing little place in AWEmazing Sedona for a single traveler!!!

We had a nice stay in Clara’s unit. Location was perfect for restaurants, hiking and groceries. The space was small for 2 people but had a good heating system for the cold rainy weather we had during our stay. Communication and directions were great for visitors’ first time in Sedona.

We had a wonderful experience visiting Sedona during our stay at Clara’s Airbnb. The rate was fair, and the photos accurately reflected what we experienced in person. We were even pleasantly surprised by how much more pleased we were with it in person. It was a cozy stay. We primarily just needed a place to sleep, shower and watch a movie in the evening. We were out and about hiking and exploring Sedona most of the time during the day. It was perfect for our requirements. Clara was proactive and responsive, welcoming us with an email with clear instructions about how to find the home, where to park, how to get in, etc. it was so simple and hassle-free. We are so grateful for the opportunity to visit Sedona as Clara’s guests. It made for a wonderful stay! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Great location. Space and amenities are just right for a couple. Note that the unit is private and separate but connected to a larger house that is also an Airbnb where other guests are potentially staying. The ceiling is not well insulated to sound so you may hear other guests.

I stayed at this property with my 23 year old daughter. The unit is small, as described but it had absolutely everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom and enough kitchen space to enjoy a few simple meals in. It is a lower unit, so we did get noise from the upstairs guests, but they were respectful of quiet hours so it wasn’t an issue. The best feature of this property is the location. It is located in downtown Sedona, but away from the high traffic area so we were able to easily get to hiking trails, shops and restaurants. Clara was very organized and had great communication before and after our stay which made everything easy. We would stay here again!

Schönes kleines Appartment für Pärchen oder Einzelpersonen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Altstadt ist nicht zu Fuß erreichbar, es gibt aber in der Nähe alles was man braucht (Restaurants, Supermärkte etc.).

The unit had lots of amenities such as 2 TVs, washer/dryer in unit, keurig, and cover parking. The space is small but just enough for one or two people. A con about our stay was that the mattress was uneven, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room did not work as well as it should have. After two nights, we also found a bug in the kitchen and in the bed room.

It was a gem to find this place. I would stay here again based on the quality of the rental with updated furnishings/kitchen/bathroom, cleanliness, privacy, and location. The host was also very responsive and reliable. It was a perfect spot. It was close enough to town and conveniently around the major destination/hiking areas, but far enough from the major traffic. My dog also enjoyed the private outdoor area. Overall, very pleased with my stay.

We stayed in the unit for 2 days for a quick hiking trip to Sedona. The place is exactly as described here, very clean and recently renovated, and the location is excellent to visit any area of the city. Clara was very responsive and stayed in contact at all times. It is a nice place to sleep while hiking in Sedona, has everything to prepare breakfast or some food which was very convenient.

Clara’s space was gorgeous, charming, and cozy! The bed so comfortable and I slept sound. The place as sparkling clean. I love the outside area surrounded by trees and nature.
